Este condominio se encuentra en el 3er piso y tiene maravillosas vistas de la isla de Okaloosa. No hay alquileres mensuales en esta unidad, por favor. La cocina, los suelos de baldosas y los toques arquitectónicos le dan un toque más moderno y clásico. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time I've used Brooks and Storey for rentals in this complex and they did not disappoint. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It is over the pool so if the sound of kids having a ball bothers you, you may want to reconsider this one. The only issue I encountered was the internet was too sporadic for me to use for work stuff. The hotspot on my phone covered this but it could cause others problems and it is unit-specific. I've stayed in other units in this complex with zero internet issues.

The condo was nicely appointed, even if the greenery and columns throughout were dated--IMO, just take them out and leave it more spacious and "airy." Loved the view of the ocean, and the beach service was great. A few suggestions: We really wanted a lock on the main bedroom door: an easy switch out. We also could've benefited from a refreshed silverware drawer--just a few extra spoons and forks would've been helpful. Otherwise, things were well stocked and Island Echos overall is a good, clean building! Thanks for everything!

Spring break

It was a great stay. The condo was ready earlier than stated and had great communication on how to access the gates, building and room. The condo was very clean. The only criticism I would have is that the beds aren’t as comfortable as I would have liked. They are very bouncy and firm. And if you like heavier blankets when you sleep you may want to bring your own. Beds only had sheets and a very light top blanket. Neither of these issues would have made me change my mind about renting however! Thanks for a great vacation!!
