Awesome Place

My only complaint is that it's getting a little run down. The hood vent and light do not work. There weren't many pots to choose from. But other than that it was great.

Not what I expected for the pricey stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Benefits, great location and nice towels. We've stayed at many different locations between Gulf Shores and Fort Myers, we come about every 4 months. This is our 2nd in this building, the first was good. This stay was horrible! We aren't high maintenance people either, but I do have some expectations when I spend $2500 for a few days relaxation and vacation #1. Floors were filty, we had to wash our feet every night before bed, tried to clean, but absolutely no cleaning products and the mop that was there was as dirty as the floors. #2. The washing machine/dryer put black streaks on our clothing. Therefore ruining a couple $$$ dollars worth of cloths. #3.The toaster only toasted one side of bread regardless of which side you used, the very basics of cooking items (all mismatched and cheap). #4. The beds were horrible, the queen size mattress was literally as hard as the concrete, the King size was exact opposite and sunk in the middle. The sheets were horrible, microfiber cheap polyester sheets. We went to Walmart and bought 100% cotton sheets. #5. The pull out couch was quite questionable as well, leaned had down. Additionally, there were no bedding for it. No rest was had on any of the sleeping surface. Very odd, 1 small 4x6 random picture of a family on the beach, in the hallway on a shelf. We will definitely not be recommending this unit to anyone, as it looked as though the empty their house of all the secondary items they would put in a garage sale and furniture this condo.

View was heavenly, but the weather was not agreeable. Got one day of sunshine!! Did a lot of site seeing, historic sites, etc. Got a good fill of great food within a mile or 2 of our stay.

Wonderful stay

This specific location is right on the ocean with the best views and quick walk to the beach and the pool. The property was clean and well furnished with everything you need for your stay. The pool was always clean and the pool guy was there every morning to maintenance and clean it! Beach chair service was nice and the young man working was always the first one out in the morning and had spots available for guests. We won't stay anywhere else on the island. Can't beat the views, cleanliness, location and the professionalism of Brooks and Shorey. Any questions I had about our stay/check in were answered in a timely and polite manner!

Very hard and could feel the springs. The air conditioner felt like it turned off at night. We woke up sweating. We enjoyed the big balcony. The pool area was nice and clean except on Sunday. There were empty cans and food all over the deck. The pool had bugs floating and trash at the bottom. I guess the cleaning crew is off on Sunday’s?
