Las actualizaciones continúan a lo largo de los años en la unidad 7004 para que todo se mantenga por encima de los estándares en este condominio. Esta unidad tiene capacidad para dormir para seis personas, viene con dos baños completos, una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora, y un balcón privado con vista a nuestra hermosa playa costera esmeralda.
Muebles de balcón estilo PVC en la unidad 7004, más sillas adicionales para que todos puedan tener un lugar. Este es un lujo que no todos los condominios tienen, es una gran ventaja alquilar este apartamento de dos habitaciones en el último piso. Las camas individuales en la habitación son ideales para los niños. Sin mencionar que tendrán su propia entrada al baño, por lo que sus vacaciones se mantendrán PRIVADAS. La sala de estar frente al Golfo hace alarde de una nueva decoración con colores vibrantes que mantienen un tema costero y pintura fresca. Comience el día con su familia en esta cómoda habitación y observe cómo juegan los delfines en el Golfo. ¡Hará recuerdos con sus hijos que durarán desde el comienzo de cada día! Love this place!

We had a great time. This was a beautiful place to stay We had easy access to pool and beach. Wonderful places to eat and things to do. I will recommend the place for sure.

Great location and views, but don’t book planning to use sofa bed

Lovely beach view

The only negative things I have are the bed was very uncomfortable and headboard kept hitting the wall everytime you move in the bed which was annoying because I didn’t want neighbors to complain if we had any and the dishes were not clean at all, I pulled out a pan that had crumbs in it and a bowl that was very greasy so I didn’t like I basically had to wash my dishes before I used them. We are having our wedding there next year in May and that’s why we chose to stay in one of the condos there, it is a little scary because I don’t want my family and friends to experience those things as they are very picky but it’s a nice little resort.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the unit walls were nicely decorated, the furniture was terrible! It was so saggy, we needed to help each other up! The dining room table was very sticky. It had been repainted & then coated with something! Also, this unit is not ADA compliant. As retirees, we found getting in & out of the tiny bathtub difficult. This is not a unit we would stay in again!

The pull out couch was not useable due to brown stains on the mattress, which is likely a spilled coke or something similar but looked bad so we did not use it to sleep 2 of us! The master bedroom had a dead roach between the fitted sheet & top sheet!!! The ceiling fan in the twin bed room has a terrible ticking noise but thankfully there was a box fan in the closet we used & turned off the ceiling fan.

Wonderful site.

Building and resort was very well kept up. Our condo had a beautiful view. The cleanliness of the condo was good overall except one of the twin beds had sheets pulled down yet and didn't look clean. Reviews we read were accurate on view and outdated furniture. Overall we would stay again.

Beautiful View and Comfortable Condo!

From beginning to end, we were more than satisfied with this experience! Brooks and Shorey is an excellent management company, a special thanks to Elizabeth, Jessica and Crystal who kept us informed of anything we needed to know, they were so professional. Check in time was prompt, to the minute, as promised. When we arrived, the unit was immaculately cleaned, we were pleasantly surprised! The condo was supplied with clean towels, even brand new towels in the kitchen! The kitchen was more than adequately equipped. The view was spectacular! Amenities were great and complimentary beach chairs were a plus! The condo was so comfortable, we didn't want to leave! Our A/C went out, but Brooks and Shorey addressed it the same day smoothly and without interruption to us. The restaurants in this area are abundant and one is better than the last. Overall, a great experience!! We hope to return! Thank you for a great 2 weeks!

Beautiful beach view with great service

The listing was just as described! The beach view was tremendous, and the beach access was perfect. The beach service was great, and the pool was clean. Our only small hang up was that the pool was advertised as heated and it was very cold. Overall, we would gladly stay here again!

Disappointing...

Reviewer Comments: This property was very clean and well prepared for our visit. The kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, this condo is due for an update. Sagging furniture in the living room was not very comfortable. The toilet in the master is loose and one outlet in the wall is VERY loose. The closets are off track in the master as well. It’s time for a paint job.We have stayed at B and S Rentals every year since 2003. This rental was not up to your standards.

The high table and chairs allowed the shorter ones with us to see over the balcony railing rather than through it. The staff at Brooks and Shorey were very responsive to an appliance issue we had. One elevator was out during our stay but that caused very little inconvenience as there was another working elevator (helpful when you're on the 7th floor).

Great view of the beach

Nice condo. There were some issues that we encountered and notified people during our stay. It wasn't issues that needed to be resolved during our stay, but they still offered to fix them while we were there. Great view of the beach. We really enjoyed going out in the morning and not having to take a beach chair or umbrella since it's provided. Days when the water was calmer and since we went in Sept it felt like bath water!
