Este condominio frente a la playa de 2 dormitorios se encuentra en el tercer piso del maravilloso complejo Summerlin. Si está buscando un complejo relajado y más pequeño lejos de las carreteras concurridas y las playas llenas de gente, ¡este lugar es el adecuado para usted! Excelente plano de planta abierto, la hermosa vista lo recibirá tan pronto como entre. ¡Dormitorio principal en la playa con entrada al balcón frente a la playa! La cocina tiene una isla grande que a todos les encanta y preparar comidas es muy fácil. Las vistas desde el 3er piso son increíbles. Millas y millas de arena blanca como el azúcar y agua verde esmeralda: ¡la terapia de playa perfecta! Marzo - octubre es temporada de servicio de playa! I loved the location, beaches were not crowded. It was very relaxing. The condo was cozy and perfect for the three of us. I loved the simplicity of it and it was very clean. The perks were great.

Location is perfect as the area is not huge high rises making the beach uncrowded. The place could use an upgrade to the carpet but certainly not a deal breaker.

This was the best condo we have stayed at! The view was beautiful, just like the pictures! It was very spacious, check in and and check out was so easy! The pool was clean and clear! We will definitely be back!

Huge porch! We had a great time.

We had many meals on the porch and enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds and great view! Probably time for new living room furniture. But we loved our time.

Saw Dolphins every day! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Made check in easy. Recommending to all our friends and family as a must visit!!

Reviewer Comments: we really enjoyed our stay and the condo met all our needs perfectly!!! bedroom separation was perfect also. loved being able to sit on balcony each morning.the only issue we had was due to all the rain from Hurricane Nate; water started coming in at the balcony entrance to the living room, but that's about it. may want to check that out, otherwise, we loved it and will definitely look into staying there next time we decide to vacation in that area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a perfect location. Great view, and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach area. The unit was clean, but definitely needs updating. New furniture, and getting rid of the worn out carpet would bump 303 to a perfect 5 star. Another suggestion would be to take out one of the tubs and build a custom built in shower. A new Keurig would also make my wife happy. Brooks and Shorey staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend using them.
