Este condominio frente a la playa de 2 dormitorios se encuentra en el tercer piso del maravilloso complejo Summerlin. Si está buscando un complejo relajado y más pequeño lejos de las carreteras concurridas y las playas llenas de gente, ¡este lugar es el adecuado para usted! Excelente plano de planta abierto, la hermosa vista lo recibirá tan pronto como entre. ¡Dormitorio principal en la playa con entrada al balcón frente a la playa! La cocina tiene una isla grande que a todos les encanta y preparar comidas es muy fácil. Las vistas desde el 3er piso son increíbles. Millas y millas de arena blanca como el azúcar y agua verde esmeralda: ¡la terapia de playa perfecta! Marzo - octubre es temporada de servicio de playa! El condominio viene con 2 sillas y 1 sombrilla en la playa para usted todos los d��as de su estadía, ¡GRATIS!

Spectacular!

This was the best condo we have stayed at! The view was beautiful, just like the pictures! It was very spacious, check in and and check out was so easy! The pool was clean and clear! We will definitely be back!

Huge porch! We had a great time.

We had many meals on the porch and enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds and great view! Probably time for new living room furniture. But we loved our time.

Loved the natural sand dunes, gave us a feeling of what the beaches were like before condos. Our favorite part was use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. Made us stay and enjoy the beach longer. Saw Dolphins every day! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Made check in easy. Recommending to all our friends and family as a must visit!!

Nice Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we really enjoyed our stay and the condo met all our needs perfectly!!! bedroom separation was perfect also. loved being able to sit on balcony each morning.the only issue we had was due to all the rain from Hurricane Nate; water started coming in at the balcony entrance to the living room, but that's about it. may want to check that out, otherwise, we loved it and will definitely look into staying there next time we decide to vacation in that area.

Needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this location, but the unit is in need of a makeover. heater quit, toilet in Mb rocks, king bed is very uncomfortable, living room furniture is worn out. Unit is spacious and convenient, so we hope it will be renovated soon.
