Este ático de 2do nivel (18 de 19 pisos) tiene fantásticas vistas del Golfo y de la vía fluvial Intercoastal. La unidad duerme cómodamente 6 con cama king en el dormitorio principal, cama queen en el 2 º dormitorio y una cama completa en la sala de estar. La unidad está embaldosada en todas partes.
Para su disfrute, la sala de estar incluye un televisor de 60 'con reproductor de Blueray / DVD y las dos habitaciones tienen televisores de 40' con reproductores de DVD. Condominio incluye internet inalámbrico. La unidad contiene una lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo para su conveniencia y un cochecito de playa con refrigerador para ayudarlo a llevar sus artículos a la playa.
La cocina está completamente equipada con ollas, sartenes, artículos para hornear y brinda servicio para 8 personas. También se incluye un Ninja Mixer / Chopper y una olla de barro.
Beach Colony West es el edificio más nuevo en la playa de Navarra. Tenemos la piscina más grande de la isla, canchas de tenis, seguridad de ascensores, sala de ejercicios y estacionamiento cubierto.

Beautiful Penthouse Condo

The condo was beautiful and clean. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and helpful. The beds were a bit stiff, but otherwise a beautiful location and establishment. Quiet with great views. We will definitely return to the Beach Colony condos when we come back to Navarre.

Very clean, pretty and comfortable!

Had a great trip at this condo. The views from the 18th floor were indescribable. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Pool is the best on Navarre Beach. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra day. The owner was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely book again.

Nice & relaxing vacay

As usual, Navarre Beach was quiet & relaxing. This is a nice, clean condo with everything a small family needs. We had a minor problem with the main TV ( cable box) and the door lock ( got locked out because code stopped working 2 hours before check out time on last day but maintenance helped get us back in!). Would definitely stay here again! Love Beach Colony resort!

Another Wonderful Stay

Fabulous location and awesome property. Definitely had a fantastic time celebrating my parent's 50th Anniversary there! Biggest gripe was the balcony door was sticking way more than my last stay and it would be nice to have a pullout couch. Other than that, Love this condo! We even saw the porpoises playing! Good time and great memories.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and property were clean, neat and well maintained. Water pressure was great and always had hot water. We had no property management interaction, so I gave that a "3" (middle). The WIFI was terrible so not conducive to a business get-a-way. The parking garage pre-marked spaces need to be larger...too difficult to read without getting out (we couldn't find our space so we parked on the top floor). Plenty of restaurants close by and the food was great. We have stayed in Navarre before and plan to return. I would recommend this property again.

Me and my husband booked this condo for our 1 year wedding anniversary trip. It was impeccably clean and the condo was exactly as advertised! We had a lovely stay and would definitely book this again for our next visit! When leaving, we had taken a load down to the car and were unable to get back in when we returned. This was a fluke occurrence and this was corrected via phone call within 10-15 minutes. Great response times and we had a lovely trip! Definitely recommend booking this unit!

The only negative I have is that it advertised to sleep 6 because the couch was supposed to turn into bed. Well the couch did not appear to be a sleeper sofa so we had to do different sleeping arrrangements. But other than that we absolutely loved it!!

Bed in the master was firm and comfortable as was the bed in the second bedroom. GORGEOUS condo with a spectacular view!!

Our stay was fantastic! The condo is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is gorgeous with granite counters and stainless appliances! Nicer than our house in Texas! Lol! All tile floors were great also. Master bed was extremely comfortable!! The view off of the balcony is something else. My only word of advice would be that if you are squeamish of heights, this may not be the best for you. Being 18 stories up took a little getting used to!!! Make sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap and a scrubber dish brush ;) There is a Wal Mart down the road so we were able to stock up there. Other than needing some essentials, we were MORE than impressed with our stay and absolutely plan on staying here again!!!

Beach colony is our favorite place to stay at Navarre! We have stayed in several different units.

This unit was very typical of other units we have stayed in. The views are amazing, it's nice to have a covered balcony, the pool and beach access is great. The management of the property is very nice and always available! My one problem with this unit are the beds. They are horrible! They felt to me like air mattresses. No one slept. I slept on the floor 2 nights. I have never left a negative review, but I went on vacation to rest, and I was miserable during the night and slept very little. Both beds need to be replaced with a good quality innerspring matttess. Because of the terrible beds, we will not rent this unit again.

The Balcony Alone is Worth it

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I came down for our mini honeymoon as Navarre (and Beach Colony) is our favorite beach. The condo was exactly like the pictures but the views are much better than shown. After my husband adjusted to how high we were (personal issue) we really enjoyed the variety of balcony furniture and spent all of our time on the balcony. The large kitchen was easy to maneuver around and plenty of space. Make sure you bring everything with you-down to the salt & pepper-as there is nothing along those lines here. Non-stick spray is a must too because the pots and pans aren't non-stick-we learned that the hard way. The ice machine in the fridge was wanky too but I assume that may be an easy fix. Other than those few things it was perfect! We utilized the community grills often and really enjoyed the included beach chairs and umbrella. Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. Lunch at Windjammers and dinner at Beach Social House are good choices.

If you’re staying there I highly recommend bringing your own bath towels and pillows. Both bathrooms only had one single bath towel. Not nearly enough for even 4 people. The main bedroom had two small pillows and the second bedroom only had one pillow. So even basics weren’t really provided. No trash bags even when we got there and no toilet paper in the extra bathroom. Bring your essentials- plus some- and you’ll be good to go!

This was our 1st stay in this unit and this high in building, the view was beautiful and didn’t mind being so high. Would most likely stay here again, with one exception- please get a mattress topper for the the king bed, it was too firm not soft at all and sheets were very stiff and scratchy, my husband and I did not sleep well in this bed. All the other things we loved. Would be nice if they had two beds in the second bedroom.

Second stay!

This was the second time we've stayed at this property. It is welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening, watching dolphins play in the surf. The grounds are easy to navigate, the pool is HUGE, and the boardwalk down to the beach is really convenient. Will be back for a third stay!

A Great Stay

Everything was nice. The unit was clean and spacious, property management responsive, and the view was outstanding. Just as a heads up for anyone staying on the sofa bed, you will need to request extra linens and pillows.
