Welcome to The Cove, a family-friendly Modern Oasis, just mins to beach + Charleston! At The Cove you will find home away from home with all of the amenities to enjoy stress-free, quality time together within minutes to all the greater Charleston area has to offer. The Cove is just 7 minutes to the family-friendly Sullivan's Island Beach and only 14 mins to Isle of Palms Beach. Traveling on a girls weekend away? A family getaway? Working remotely for a few weeks? We have got you covered!
We will be available via the Airbnb app, but not available for greeting guests upon check in.
The Cove is located in Waterway Arms Townhouse Association. We do not provide access to the HOA pool. Overall the neighborhood is laid back, family friendly, and quiet.
Guests will have access to all spaces except for owners closet.

» Dining: With an open living floor plan, the main living space is perfect for enjoying with your whole group. Seating around the table for 4 and 2 at the bar means everyone has a spot!
» Cooking: With a fully-stocked kitchen with all the basic cooking essentials, The Cove is perfect for enjoying meals in. We provide all the basic cooking you'll need to whip up any meal, including toaster + air fryer and popcorn tins for a movie night.
» Coffee: We provide a Keurig and a starter set of pods for your stay.
» Cocktails: Our trendy cocktail bar is well appointed with all of the barware you need to enjoy your favorite drink.
» TV: If you wanna catch up on your favorite shows or enjoy movie, we have you covered with our smart flat screen TVs located in the living room as well as primary and second bedrooms so there is not fighting over who gets to watch what on the big screens. Bring your own subscription logins!
» Indoor Activities - Reconnect and relax while enjoying a family game night or a night of girl talk.

» Primary Bedroom - Bright and airy, you'll appreciate the natural light. Let your worries melt away as you snuggle up in the King memory foam bed. Enjoy your favorite shows on the ensuite flat screen TV and pull the room-darkening shades for sleeping in.
» Bedroom 2 - Your well appointed second bedroom features plenty of color and an in-room flat screen TV for your enjoyment.
» Bedroom 3 - The soft color palette of this room begs calm. Bedroom 3 has a both a twin bed and underneath a twin trundle bed. Bedroom 3 is outfitted with room-darkening shades for sleeping in.
★★ BATHROOM ★★
» Upstairs bath features a full tub/shower combination with Public Goods products for washing the day's adventures away. Families appreciate the bath tub along with step stool for traveling with little ones.
» Downstairs you'll find a our Palm Room 1/2 bath, perhaps one of our favorite rooms in the house, which is a great spot to double up as a powder room before a ladies night out.
★★ OUTDOOR FUN ★★
» Backyard: Enjoy a meal al-fresco in our outdoor patio dining space.
» Beaches: We are 7-15 minutes away from some great beaches such as Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms Beach. Beach supplies are available to rent at Isle of Palms.
» Downtown Charleston: We are centrally located to Downtown Charleston, just 7 miles and across the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge. The Historic Downtown & French Quarter Art Walk are some of our favorites locations to explore!
» Waterfront District: Waterfront District Shem Creek is minutes away. This is a must see area of Mt. Pleasant. The waterfront district is a local favorite with plenty of restaurants and bars right on the water. If you feel like you are up for a stroll, take a walk down the 3,000 ft boardwalk!
» Pitt Street: Just minutes from the townhouse, you can choose to either walk or drive to Pitt Street Bridge. You can fish off the pier, watch others go crabbin' in the marsh, take a stroll, enjoy a picnic or watch the sun go down.
» Golf, fishing, sailing: All within a sort distance of The Cove are plenty of recreational activities. Let us know what peaks your interest and we will connect you with local gems!
» International Airport: The Cove is 17 miles or approximately 24-min drive to Charleston International Airport.
