The home was beautiful, spacious with a wonderful close proximity to main street. We had 25 ladies and not only did we have plenty of space we enjoyed the space and options for our big group from playing pool to hanging out in the hot tub, playing corn hole to watching a movie on the big screen on the comfy couch. Would stay again.

Fabulous property! The grandkids had so much to do and enjoyed the large bunkbed room for all the cousins to sleep in together. Property Manager was great to work with. We will be back!

Beautiful home! Very large, clean, bright, and wonderful! The amenities were a huge hit! We had a family reunion and there was something for everyone to do (movie theater, Pickleball, Jacuzzi). The goats in the backyard were fun too! Highly recommend!

This is a lovely home. Large enough for our family of 22 (including 3 babies) to stay comfortably. We enjoyed the space and they had some fun activities available. We ran out of paper towels, and they brought us more quickly, which was nice. It's less than a 5 minute drive to the Lava Hot Springs attractions. We had a wonderful few days there!

We had the best time! This house holds our family perfectly and with the pickle ball courts, putting green, basketball and hot tub they are always busy and happy! The house is totally furnished and supplied to help our stay even better. We really couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Thank you!

President Day Getaway

We had a great stay over the extended weekend. Home is beautiful and centrally located for the Lava area. Close to hot springs, river, skiing and the great outdoors. Our host (Jess) was responsive to anything we needed or brought up. We will definitely be staying again when we're in town!

This house was amazing for a family of 16!! Beautiful home, great spacious kitchen that made cooking meals super convenient. All of the kids loved the bunk bedroom. There was enough bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy and Comfort. Lots of fun things to do in the backyard and a great basement with a theater room and fun games. The kids and adults all had a blast!! Super close to downtown to do the fun things there. Great host who answered any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Top Notch!

This new, beautifully appointed home was the perfect place for our family Christmas gathering. Plenty of beds and room to spread out. We enjoyed the entertainment center in the basement with its home theater, pool table and ping pong table. Everyone in our group was extremely pleased with it. Great place to stay!

Family Reunion

This was an awesome place to stay. Games in the back yard and games inside made it the perfect place for us. The hot tub was a big hit as well. Plenty of beds and the kitchen set up was wonderful. Having a washer and dryer on two floors was a much needed plus. It was close enough to all the town activities that we could be there in 5 minutes. It was very clean and well taken care of. If we make it up there again we will definitely make that our place to stay.

Family fun

Great space for big family group with lots of ages, two gathering spaces, lots of eating space, great bunk room for teen and tweens. Short drive to swimming, river natural hot pools (can walk but no sidewalk or path on last 1/2 mile). Enjoyed the other activities but need better putters that don’t break for the golf.

Wonderful Stay

Our family of 16, 4 families and kids from teens to toddlers spent the Thanksgiving weekend at this property. The home layout, provided activities and cleanliness were excellent. It has a well stocked kitchen with needed cooking and service wear for our Thanksgiving meal. This is a new home and some of the expected new home kinks were responded to quickly by Jess. Thank you! We highly recommend this property and may very well find ourselves back there.

Family Vacation

We took a family vacation to Lava. We all stayed in this beautiful home. It was perfect! The home was equipped for a large family. Many extras were provided. We were able to cook all of our meals in the spacious kitchen. There were games for the kids and adults. There were also tubes for floating the river. The house was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. We loved it and hope to make it a yearly trip!

large newer house with lots of play things

We gathered for a family reunion of 15 people. The home was newer, spacious, and very clean. The grandkids loved sleeping in the same bunk room. Pool Table, ping-pong table, and TV's in every room. Outside was a pickle ball court, hot tub and putting green.The pickle ball court was used a lot. It didn't have much edge outside the lines, nor did it have fencing to keep the balls on the property. Lots of prickly weeds on one end, but we still enjoyed it.relatively convenient to the water fun in Lava Hot Springs. We would stay here again with a large group.The kitchen and dining areas were large and open and we could all be together to eat.

Perfect House For Our Big Family

We chose Lava Hot Springs this year for our annual family trip and this house was perfect for our large group. The amenities provided met all of our needs. They’ve given a lot of thought into what a large group might need and made sure to have it covered. The outdoor space was especially fun and we spent a lot of time enjoying the pickleball court, putting green, large patio, and hot tub. The distance from town was really convenient. If our family chooses Lava for another trip, we’ll definitely book this house again. Checkin and checkout were very easy. Plenty of parking between the garage and driveway. Comfortable beds. Large gathering spaces.

Get Family Get Away

Property was perfect for our children and grandchildren. Enough space to have individual and group space. We did bump the wall coming in from the garage and took the paint off to the corner mold. Also the griddle grease catcher got too close to the stove and we melted a spot on it. Please let me know how to make that right for you. Things to consider adding to the house: extra blankets in the bedrooms, hardware needed in downstairs bath like a towel rack and tp holder, also tub faucet diverter needs to be screwed down, grill brush to scrape the old stuff off, blender for drinks/shakes, one hot tub towel was missing and the 16 ball. Things we loved so much: having Ziplock bags, aluminum foil etc, laundry and dish soap plenty, entertainment of home was great-we used all the space, fully stocked kitchen, and the house was nice and clean. Cleanliness always such a high priority for us. We want to book again and will recommend to others.

The house was clean well stocked in general. There was no outdoor seating that I could find, and the hand-held can opener was defective making dinner preparation difficult. Other than that, we were quite peased with the property and amenities.
