Ground Level/1st Floor: The home features a large garage with beach equipment (cart, chairs, floats, and toys). The back of the ground level overlooks a wooded area and boasts a sparkling, heated, private pool surrounded by a paver patio with outdoor seating, loungers, and a grill area.

Second Floor: The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a large sink, double oven, granite countertops, and a center island with counter stools. The open floor plan includes a dining area for ten with unique coffered ceilings and a living room with a large flat screen TV and sliding glass doors opening to a screened-in porch with seating areas. There is a full bathroom on this level also.

Third Floor: This floor features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed, a portable crib/playpen with a 3" mattress, and a spa-like master bath with a large frameless glass shower and dual vanities. Two additional bedrooms (one queen and one king) also have access to a porch overlooking the lagoon and share a full bathroom with a double vanity and tiled tub/shower combo. A full-size laundry room is also located on this floor.

Fourth Level: This level offers another bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen TV.
Themed Kids Bedroom/Playroom: The highlight for kids and teens is the themed bedroom/playroom, featuring two sets of full over full bunk beds -each with a twin trundle, games, toys, and a large flat screen TV.

This property has one active security camera on premise. It is pointed to the driveway and road.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
