This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles in the garage and driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

• FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a bassinet and highchair, available on-site.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (5 cars). NO street parking. NO sidewalk blocking. MAX 5 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

Since this property is a little far from central San Antonio, the METRO system (bus transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that though the listing shows 7 beds, there are only 6 actual beds. The last “bed” is a futon-style twin size sofa bed.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
