Note: If a reservation is initially booked for fewer than 30 days and later extended beyond 30 days, taxes will still apply to the first 30 days of the stay. Any additional nights beyond 30 consecutive days are not taxable, in accordance with Texas regulations.
+ Our property is professionally managed through OwnerRez. A designated Point of Contact (POC) is required for the main renter.
+ An electronic rental agreement will be sent via email and must be signed by the main guest to confirm the booking.
+ Guest receives 100.00% (less 6% cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
+ An electronic guidebook, including check-in instructions, house rules, and local recommendations, will be sent after booking.
+ A valid credit card is required to place a $500 security hold during the stay.
- This is not a charge, only a temporary hold to cover potential damages.
- The hold is released 1–2 days after checkout, pending a routine property inspection.
