Prepare to relax as soon as you step inside this spacious 2-bed, 2-bathroom home. Enter on your time with the use of keyless entry. After an adventure-packed day around Lake Ozark, you will love unwinding with a meal cooked in your well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy a meal together at the dining table for six before resting on the couch watching TV with cable and high-speed W-Fi or playing with provided family board games. Or step out onto your personal balcony complete with a gas grill and be surrounded by main channel views with unobstructed glass patio rails views to the lake. Also provided is a complimentary 12 x 32 boat slip.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite, which offers a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has blackout curtains so you can enjoy sleeping in. The living room is equipped with a queen-size pull-out couch mattress.


This home is great for families, couples, or friends looking for a true Lake Ozark experience. Work remotely during the day, take a dip in one of the 3 swimming pools or 2 hot tubs (May 1- Oct 15), and beautifully landscaped grounds with approximately 1/2 mile of lakeside lighted boardwalk promenade around the complex for a relaxing stroll.

You'll have access to the entire space during your stay, except for a locked cabinet.

Pool: The complex has three beautiful shared outdoor pools. The one closest to your location is accessible by multiple elevators to limit the need for steps. The other pools are just a short walk from the condo, and all are expected to be open May - October 2023 but we can't make any guarantees, as pool maintenance is entirely dependent on the homeowner's association. Pool towels are next to the coffee bar and small soft coolers are provided in the laundry room. Reminder – No glass containers in the pool area!

Laundry Room with full-size washer and dryer, laundry soap, iron and ironing board, broom, dust pan, and mop for any accidents that may arise.

Parking: Each booking includes two on-premises (uncovered, unassigned) parking spaces. No commercial or recreational vehicles (RVs, trailers, boats, etc.).


Baby gear: We do provide kids' dinnerware to help provide peace of mind during your stay. To ensure your little ones have the safest and cleanest experience possible, we do not provide pack 'n plays, highchairs, or other baby gear. Instead, we recommend using a local rental company that provides safe, clean, and insured rentals including cribs, car seats, toys, and much more. Uncontrollable circumstances: By booking with us, you agree to our house rules and cancellation policy. We’re not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances inherent to Lake Ozark, such as poor air quality or road closures during the snow season. In these types of events, our cancellation policy stands.

Additionally, living on the lake and staying in a private home means that there may be other situations we cannot control, such as weather and harsh conditions knocking out the wifi and power. While these instances are few and far between, we ask that you are patient as we resolve them as quickly as possible.
