Casa Palomas - Paraíso primaveral

Casa Las Palomas is located within a private estate in Cuernavaca, Mexico, with a plot of about 1900m2 of spectacular gardens, trees and vegetation. The house is designed in a Mexican colonial Renaissance style, with 2 large patios and terraces, the main one overlooking the gardens and the pool. The house, on the one hand, becomes a very cozy space and, on the other, offers an incredible and wide distribution.
The space
Beyond the private entrance with 24 hour security, you reach the house through a beautiful tree-lined path, mature plants and a lovely fountain. The front of Casa Las Palomas has a beautiful cobblestone courtyard with a garage for two cars. The main entrance is decorated with an imposing Quarry arch made of recovered historic stone. The house is characterized by high ceilings with wooden rafters, volcanic rock floors of Quarry, custom carpentry, ornate hand-carved doors and traditional Talavera tiles.

On the first floor of Casa Las Palomas we find the living room, the kitchen, the dining room, a TV room and one of the bedrooms; with its own bathroom. The living room connects directly to the amazing main terrace. The kitchen is designed with the traditional aesthetic of colonial Mexico, with elegant Talavera cabinets and tiles. The bathrooms at Casa Las Palomas are finished with similar old world tiles found in the kitchen.

The master suite is on the second floor of the house has a private balcony overlooking the gardens. Casa Las Palomas also includes staff accommodations, which are accessed through a private entrance. This self-contained service area includes a bedroom, a bathroom, and laundry facilities. At the bottom of the garden, next to the pool, a small plot of land is currently used as an orchard of orange and lime trees, with space to develop a guest house next to the pool in the future.

SERVICE ROOM
The house has a separate service room with a king size bed for service personnel.

CLEANING SERVICE
For stays of a week or more; we offer daily routine cleaning service Monday to Friday with hours of 11-1 more or less.

For weekend stays we offer routine cleaning service every day; except Sunday.

POOL HEATING
We offer pool heating with an average temperature of 31 degrees in exchange for a contribution of $1000 pesos per day.
