Had we been made aware, we would have addressed them immediately, as guest comfort is very important to us. We also reviewed prior guest stays and have no record of similar issues being reported—this is not something we have experienced in the past—and the cabin was inspected prior to your arrival. We regret that you left early and that we were not given the opportunity to correct any of these concerns while you were on site.
