Moorings 91 is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, raised 1st level Moorings villa rental close to the beach and the pool in the sought after Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island. This Palmetto Dunes villa is set in a prime location with amenities that will please the whole family.

This modern Moorings villa is recently remodeled and features updated flooring, bedroom furnishings, appliances including washer and dryer, fresh paint throughout, updated living room furniture.

The open plan living area is spacious with a comfortable sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV for entertainment, a 6 seater dining table and fully-equipped kitchen for easy vacation meal prep.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, private en-suite bathroom and access to private balcony.

The second bedroom features two queen beds, a flat screen TV, a slider door to the balcony and a private bath.
Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; Passes are charged per car per week.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.

The Moorings complex, within the Palmetto Dunes Resort, is very close to the beach and also features an on-site pool that is open April through September. The Moorings complex is not equipped with elevators. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

A non-refundable fee of $200.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
