Located on a quiet street in Palmetto Dunes, guests can enjoy golf course views and the beach is just a short bike ride away!

This one-story, single family home is the perfect backdrop for your next family vacation. The open-concept living spaces provide refreshing perspective through what it means to spend time with loved ones. Accentuated by a contemporary stone accent wall, the main living space boasts vaulted ceilings and ample windows for an immersive experience with nature from the comfort of the living room. The Living Room sofa is a full sized pull out, for extra sleeping space.

The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes, granite countertops and an open concept allowing for guests to freely move from room to room. The home features four bedrooms, including the master suite. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that will take your breath away. The walk-in shower is generous in size and is accented by dual-granite countertop sinks, the large soaking tub offers the perfect way to relax after a long day at the beach. The guest bedrooms share a nicely renovated bathroom. Bedrooms two and three feature a queen size bed and bedroom four has two queens, perfect for family.

Yes, loved the house. Had everything we needed. We felt so at home - didn't want to leave. Kitchen had everything. Loved the T.V.s in every room.

Great house

House was very nice, as listed. Plenty of space and great location. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Pool and hot tub are great places to hang out. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend

Our recent stay in Hilton Head was absolutely fantastic! The rental property boasted a beautiful pool that was perfect for cooling off on hot days. The spacious rooms provided ample space for our family, and the location was ideal, with a stunning beach just a short bike ride away. We were blown away by the natural beauty and amenities of this vacation spot. My family and I are already planning our next trip back to Hilton Head!

Well appointed home . Excellent pool and spa. AC worked very well. Decor was very nice. Shared bathroom for 2 rooms was a bit tight schedule wise. Especially if you multiple girls/women. The palmetto shuttle is great for going to and from the beach. Bicycle ride is like 10 to 15 minutes to the main beach pavilion. Backyard view of the golf course is very nice.. quiet neighborhood while we were there. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent home and communication!

We had a wonderful time at Birdie Bungalow!! The layout of the open floorplan is great, the pool was just the right temp and the grill worked like a charm. The beds were comfortable and the house stayed cool and comfortable. The bathrooms were all beautiful too! The communication was fast and efficient. Thank you, we’d definitely stay there again.

Small home with a Large feel.

While booking my impression was it was small but when I got there, it was so accommodating. All large beds, no adults sleeping in twin beds. Nice open layout between kitchen and family room. It was a very nice home. Everyone enjoyed it.

Golf Outing

Three friends and I rented property for a golf outing and to attend the RBC Heritage golf tournament. Everyone had their own bedroom, which worked well since a couple of my friends snore. Location was perfect close to golf and restaurants. Rental had everything we needed, although admittedly we did not cook much. Coffee and english muffin in the AM was about the extent of our cooking. Would rent again.

Getting the car passes was difficult, several lights did not work, the master bedroom fan and a couple other fan remote controls did not work. Coffee maker did not work.

Cathy, We're sorry you had difficulty understanding where to pick up passes. Pass pickup instructions were sent via email and text. We were never notified of issues with the fan remotes or coffee maker and would have been more than happy to assist.

Summer 2025

Our family enjoyed spending time in the outdoor space of this home! The pool was wonderful. Location of the home was great with easy access to the beach on bikes. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor pool toys came in handy. The only negative with his home was the bathroom shared by two bedrooms. There was some sort of problem with the exhaust fan so there was water on the ceiling. I notified the property manager, and she was extremely responsive and someone came out to look at it, but unfortunately they were going to need to come back to make any repairs necessary. We ended up not using the bathroom during our stay.The other two bathrooms in the home are nicely updated. I can’t say enough about how responsive the host was with this home. We’ve stayed at many homes in Palmetto Dunes and would likely stay at this home again.

Hilton Head Vacation

The house was very clean inside. Lots of lights were out and the coffee machine doesn’t work. The grill igniter needs to be replaced, along with the left burner that doesn’t work. Outside area needs to be power washed and tons of spider webs removed. We weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful porch and yard. If outside furniture and chairs were cleaned, the home could easily be a 5 star! I’d give the home a 3.5 stars as is.

Johnathan, A new coffee maker was dropped off on Saturday as well as a replacement grill. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. The back porches were soft washed recently and are blown off before every arrival. We were not notified of any lights/bulbs not working during your stay and would have been happy to replace them. We appreciate your feedback.

It was ok, but not the best experience

The house was fine and it was clean, but it is very deep into the neighborhood and took over 10 minutes to get out of the neighborhood. Made as special request to have the pool heated and that never happened. I paid a lot of money to rent the house and was disappointed that a simple request did not happen.

Maureen, We're sorry you had a difficult time finding the home. The exact location is shown on the map for reference. We apologize for any mix up with the heat. We ask for a 7 day notice prior to arrival for all pool heat, which was not received, and therefore pool heat cannot be guaranteed.

Guys tennis getaway.

Solid property. Nice interior and accommodations. Main toilet was not flushing. Fixed by opening tank and reconnecting tube. Coffee maker not working needed to take apart and clean. BBQ worked first night but ran out of propane due to leaking hose. Got new propane but could not stop leaking so was not usable. Pool was request to be heated but never was called back despite leaving 2 messages. Not sure it heat was turned on. Pool was full of debris as was yard. Attempted to sweep yard but broom was broken. Parking pass pickup was not clear was not available to gate but had to go to property managers still down the road to retrieve. Overall the place was fine but Not well maintained which caused unnecessary hassle.

Michael, We were very surprised to read this review. We send all check-in and check-out information via text and email, including pass pick up instructions. We did not receive any communication during your stay and would have been more than happy to rectify the grill and toilet issue. The newly installed pool is cleaned on Saturdays and we ask for 7 days notice for all pool heat requests.
