Televisores LCD con reproductores de DVD en ambos dormitorios, además de un televisor LCD de gran tamaño (46 ') con DVD y estéreo en la sala de estar. Juguetes de playa y juegos de interior están disponibles para disfrutar durante su estancia.

Great Condo beautiful views!

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful Sea Chase condo. The hosts were phenomenal and we had everything we needed. I would definitely give the hosts and the property 5 plus stars. Will stay here again!

Great place to stay

The condo was clean and well appropriated with everything we needed. The community was beautiful, and the amenities were exactly as described. We felt the location was ideal as it was close to shopping, restaurants, activities. We had a wonderful time this year!

Beautiful condo and amazing view

This condo had everything we needed to have an enjoyable vacation. Beautifully decorated, wonderful view and everything was clean and the amenities were very convenient. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

Excellent condo, beautifully decorated and well stocked, including sharp knives. Mike and Jennifer were very responsive and helpful. A short bike ride gets you to the extensive trail system in Gulf State Park.

Great stay, great condo

Condo complex is in a great area. Very well stocked, very clean, nicely decorated. It was within walking distance to many stores. Never felt unsafe. Everyone we encountered were wonderful. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Grandparents visiting local family

This is a wonderful condo that is beautifully decorated with everything you need already there...kitchen supplies, towels, beach toys--you name it. The pools were very well maintained and beach access could not have been better. My only complaint is that in order to sleep six people two of them have to be on air mattresses or a fold out couch. For a group of four people, or those willing to put kids on a fold out, this is a fantastic place! I am extremely picky and it exceeded all of my standards! The location is perfect as well.

Great place to stay in Orange Beach

This was a great place to stay and the condo looks better than online pictures. Beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean, spacious rooms, comfortable living space and well stocked kitchen.

Orange Beach Vacation - June 2022

I booked this property based on reviews and was not disappointed. Everything about our experience was comfortable and easy. The condo was well stocked and the 11th floor view of the ocean was awesome! Mike and Jennifer were very attentive and checked in several times during our stay. We plan on visiting again!

⭐️Communication was an A+⭐️

If you are anything like me and read a million reviews to verify before you buy…stop right now and book this place. First of all, the communication was fantastic! I never felt like I had any questions as we were navigating our vacation. We received text messages as we landed at the airport-welcoming us down and guiding us through the process of what to do when we arrive at Sea Chase (I should mention here that there was a very thorough email sent about a week or two before our travel day as well). We received nice message while we were there, checking in to make sure everything was perfect as well as a literal heads up to keep our eyes out for the Blue Angels (it was almost as if our minds were being read because my husband and I were both questioning if we would see them that same day). In a nut shell, the communication was very nice and I felt comfortable reaching out if needed and also felt cared about as a renter (felt more like family). As for the condo…it was perfect!! The view was amazing with such a great location with very easy access. The space was very comfortable from the layout of the space to comfort of furniture and beds. the walls must be very well insulated, because we brought our 18 year old daughter and her best friend, and they kept asking us if we heard them since they would stay up much later than us talking and laughing loudly late into the night- we did not hear a thing 😳 I feel like the kitchen was very well thought out on what could possibly be needed. There is a very nice supply of beach towels and a whole closet full of beach supplies. I can not wait to book this place again, as I know that it will be a perfect vacation!

Wonderful week vacation!

This place is so clean and cozy! We felt right at home. Mike and Jennifer were very attentive when we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking. They have the condo fully stocked with all the kitchen necessities, towels, beach towels, and even beach towels. We loved being on the beach, watching dolphins from the balcony, and the overall ease of the entire stay. Hope to go back soon! Thank you again, Mike and Jennifer!

Great Time

We had a wonderful time at SeaChase. The owner Mike checked on our stay and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony is beautiful! We loved the short elevator ride and walk to the beach. We loved having our coffee on the balcony and staring at the ocean. We were blessed to see dolphins right from the balcony! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we come back to Orange Beach we will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and spacious. The owners have thought of everything you might need. From kitchen tools to beach toys, it’s all there! All you need to pack are your clothes and toiletries. We will definitely back!

Wonderful condo and even better owners

Everything was wonderful and just as described. Mike and Jennifer were great at staying in touch before and during our vacation, making sure we had everything we needed and giving pointers on things to do and places to eat. The location was convenient and the view from the 11th floor was awesome. The pools were cleaned every day and access to the beach couldn’t have been easier. There were beach toys and boards available which saved us having to bring or buy our own. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the condo over all was clean and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything more…it was perfect.

Excellent Condo Right on the Beach

Beautiful property with upfront view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Check in process was extremely easy and fast, unit was clean and had everything you could think of that your family would need for the entire stay. The owners were awesome and were available to assist with any questions we had. They checked on us often via text before our vacation, on our way to Orange Beach and several times during our stay, just to ensure everything was just as we needed. Would definitely return again and recommend this unit to our friends and family.

The Best Beach Vacation Spot EVER!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at 1103 E SeaChase in Mike and Jennifer's beautiful condo. It was spotlessly cleaned, the furnishings were lovely and in perfect shape. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in away from home. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we could possibly need. It was a nice bonus to have a washer and dryer in the condo to do laundry on a rainy afternoon. (Taking a suitcase of clean clothes home was great!) The balcony overlooking the beautiful beach was stunning and my favorite place to hang out. The pools and grounds at SeaChase were meticulous. I was concerned about crowds with COVID in our world, but I never felt like it was an issue here. Plenty of space to spread out either on the beach or in the pools. The condo is located close to many places to shop and eat. Mike and Jennifer were gracious hosts and showed their level of care by keeping in touch with us before, during and after our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better beach vacation getaway! Thank you Mike and Jennifer for your hospitality! We hope to come back in the future!

Perfect home away from home

I was so impressed with this property! The decorations were perfectly beachy without being overwhelming. Furniture was comfortable and in good condition. Best of all the condo had all the comforts of home. Due to the pandemic, our family chose to cook dinners in and let me just say “wow”. If there was a cooking utensil or pan i needed, Mike and Jennifer had it! And everything was in great useable condition. We’ve rented places before and the cook ware was dreadful. Not here! Don’t worry about sand toys or towels! Everything we needed was available for use. So handy! Check in/out process was simple as can be. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic experience

I don’t have anything negative to say about the condo, the owner or our overall experience. My wife and I came down from Chicago to celebrate our youngest son’s 21 st birthday. There was never a dull moment. Property is ideally located. Close to everything. Next time, we’ll stay AFTER March 1st, as that’s when the stuffy snowbirds head out!

"A real peach on Orange Beach"

From the pre-booking communication to the check-in and check-out process, the owners were outstanding in their communication. The beautiful, well-furnished 11th floor condo overlooks a most beautiful stretch of beach/ocean. It was just what we were hoping to find. The bedding and pillows were comfortable and provided just the right amount of support. The owners clearly care about their renters as there were more towels, washcloths, beach towels and misc. kitchen essentials available for use than in any other property that I can recall. The condo was very clean. The decor was nice and made it feel like home for our mini-vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owners even allowed access to their beach toys (boogie boards, shovels, pails etc - great for kids), beach chairs and umbrella. We hope to return to Orange Beach and if so will reach out to the friendly owners and seek to rent this property first!
