East Hampton Classic

Al final de un camino largo y tortuoso esta impresionante casa de post moderna se encuentra en el noroeste del bosque y es un paseo corto a pie / en bicicleta a las playas de la bahía de los alrededores y Cedar Point Park. La casa está situada en un año y medio hectáreas privadas y boscosas respaldados por una hectárea 20 a preservar. El patio trasero de la casa con piscina y terraza es completamente privado. El interior está muy bien decorado, pero al mismo tiempo es muy relajado y cómodo. El salón tiene un techo de doble altura con imponentes ventanales que hacen toda la luz de la casa y brillante.

La gran comer en la cocina asientos seis y está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Fluye sin esfuerzo en la sala de estar abierta ya través de francés a las puertas del comedor formal. Hay dos grandes dormitorios principales, ambos con baños en suite. El maestro de arriba tiene una cama king size con cabecero de hierro forjado, walk in closet y baño doble lavabo con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha walk-in. La principal planta baja tiene una cama de matrimonio con baño completo. Hay dos dormitorios adicionales arriba con camas de matrimonio y completos que comparten un baño completo.

Fuera de una gran cubierta de cedro domina el 20 por 40 piscina climatizada (con o sin valla de seguridad para niños), al que se accede a través de puertas corredizas fuera ya sea la sala de estar o estudio. Los jardines profesionalmente y césped son coloridos, exuberante y el patio trasero es totalmente vallada. Los bosques de los alrededores están llenos de roble, pino blanco, cedro y cornejo silvestre. No es raro que echar un vistazo a la vida silvestre emocionante como el zorro rojo, pavo salvaje, ciervos, búhos, halcones y el faisán.

La ubicación de la casa es ideal para tomar ventaja de todas las actividades recreativas los Hamptons tienen que ofrecer. The property's online description was accurate. The property was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It's located a bit off the beaten path, however, private and wooded. We suggest they freshen up the property with new, fresh towels/linens. The towels were old and sparse. Some bathrooms were missing bars of soap and shampoo. We wish we had known before arrival that there would have been coffee for the coffee maker. A nice welcome basket with goodies (coffee, water bottles, etc.) would have been appreciated. Our other note is that we thought the smell of dog urine was on the rug in the Master Bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was beautiful and spacious. The pool was great. The host was very responsive and helpful! The house was stocked with everything we needed and was kept very clean. This was a perfect choice to stay with our family and 15 month old. We appreciated the amenities they had for young children. Great stay

Stood at the house with my family and had an absolutely amazing experience at the house. The home was as advertised, had everything we needed to stay on the property to be comfortable and relaxing trip. John was a truly outstanding as a host, answered all my message, more than accommodated our stay, he was incredibly on point and was detailed with what there was to do in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. We'd definitely would stay here again

Sublime weekend in East Hampton

spent a long birthday weekend here and it was my favorite place i’ve stayed in the hamptons. the house and area is beautiful, quiet neighborhood but close to everything. the house was well-equipped, the pool was amazing, and the owner is very kind and responsive. we loved our stay!

Perfect spot for a Hamptons getaway

We loved staying here! The pool and back yard were perfect for relaxing days in the sun, and the kitchen and grill made group dinners easy. The location is quiet, but close enough to town for convenience. We would definitely stay here again!

Hamptons Getaway

The home and property are beautiful. Secluded but not far from restaurants and excellent shopping. We had one couple in their twenties, one couple in their thirties and a couple in their thirties with a 16 month old daughter. I am in my 70s and my wife in her 60s. I can truthfully say this week was terrific for all of us. Beautiful pool and back deck. No hassles in any way. The owners have thought of everything and minimised the work for their guests

Early Summer in the Hamptons

Perfect Place to Rest

We spent two weeks at this property after our daughter’s wedding! It was a perfect place to rest and recharge. The house was beautiful, well maintained and John did an awesome job of making sure we had everything we needed. The location is accessible to all Hampton hotspots, but remote enough for privacy. We highly recommend this property! We hope to book the same two weeks next year!

A wonderful week!

This house is a terrific combination of lovely and comfortable, and was very clean and well-stocked with all that we needed. Everything is as promised in the listing, and we felt welcome and at home as soon as we entered the house. The beautiful pool and grounds were perfect - clear water, plenty of lounge chairs and floats, and a large expanse of green lawn bordered with lots of trees that create feelings of peace and privacy. And John was an outstanding host - very prompt responses and extremely helpful and friendly. Our entire group had an excellent time there - the property is perfect for a stay that is both relaxing and fun.

Stay in East Hampton

We loved staying in this home, which is in great condition and in a fabulous location. One highlight is the beautiful and large swimming pool, and the owner could not have been more helpful. The neighborhood is wonderful, and we took walks around the neighborhood every day, including walking to the water and walking to the adjacent Cedar Point Park.

Hampton’s Fishing Trip

Overall, this was a great property for our group of 8. John was quick to respond leading up to our check-in date and the process was a breeze. The house was clean and the backyard/pool area with a grill was great for entertaining our medium sized group. The property is a bit far from town and other areas like Montauk so make sure you have transportation squared away in advance.

My wife Julie and I began renting in the Hampton's in the late 1990's when we were living in New York City. We fell in love with the area and after looking at numerous properties we agreed to buy this newly constructed house, which had everything we wished for in a vacation home.
I am semi-retired and Julie works in New York City as a professor in the dramatic arts. We live in Montclair, New Jersey with our two children and try to spend time together at our Hampton's home whenever possible.

Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a private and quiet area of the Northwest Woods section of East Hampton. The house is just around the corner from Cedar Point Park and a number of great bay beaches, including Sammy's beach, which is 1.6 miles from the house. Cedar Point Park, with it's great beaches, children's playground and numerous hiking/biking trails, is just 1.3 miles away and offers free parking throughout the year. Built in the classic Hampton's postmodern style, our home is surrounded by 25 acres of preserve, is light, bright spacious, in excellent condition and beautifully furnished. A very large cedar deck extends the full length of the back of the house, with a 20" x 40" heated pool and red brick patio. In addition, the backyard is completely fenced and gated.
