SIS's Romantic treehouse is uniquely designed and decorated. It is located on 26 acres with mature trees. Located privately from our home in the woods. Spring water in treehouse for your needs. Furnished with every thing you need:
full bed with soft linens, 2 lofts with twin beds and linens, table & chairs, comfy large soft chair, cooking wear, dishes, microwave, electric burner, refrigerator & freezer, toaster, iron, hairdryer, blankets, towels, linens, soft robes, dvd with tv and collection of dvds, outside clean toilet, outside hot shower, double hammock, fire pit, quietly tucked in the lush forest. Can walk and explore the private woods of 26 acres. Bicycle and walking trails; Deckers Creek trails, 5 minutes from me. Come enjoy a peaceful stay tucked away in the large trees. Enjoy seeing deer, squirrels, birds, pilated woodpeckers and our very 4 large pyrenees dogs family and striped kitty cat. WVU Stadium 15 minutes from location. Botanical Gardens 5 minutes up road, Coopers Rock, Lakeview Golfing, Cheat Lake with boating and swimming 15 min. away. Lots of good variety of restaurants within close distance. West Virginia University 15 minutes from location. Very quiet and peaceful, nice place to unwind.

The tree house was very cute and my young girls had a great time and loved all the games and activities for them. However, one of the ladders to get to the loft was not very secure and the only way to affix a gate to the other loft was with a bungee cord, which is also not secure. The larger bed was not very comfortable and I could not get the WiFi to work. We weren’t able to stay longer to enjoy the outdoor area but it was very nice and secluded.

The one ladder is secure, not very often do we rent where we need to add ladder. That is why we bungee cord it. Otherwise it takes up too much room to nail the ladder down. Sorry you didn't think mattress was comfortable, the couple before you, said it was more comfortable that he slept super great. This is a treehouse, not a cabin, picks up tv, sometimes internet. More necessities than most homes, shampoo, toothpaste, robes, food for smores, pop corn, cold drinks. Most places don't carry as many amenities than I have. Sorry you felt like it was a 8, I always get a 9 or 10. I didn't charge for your children, gave you refund, and you were not charged for your dog.

What a glamping experience! Great for all ages. Families with children will adore the loft beds. The hosts are incredibly accommodating. They even provided smores ingredients for your campfire experience. If they aren’t super hosts, they will be soon!

The location is perfect! Out in the woods but just a short drive to town. Kathleen is a great hostess and thinks of all things including snacks. We loved the fire pit.

Beautiful piece of paradise

We had an amazing stay at the treehouse! The property is beautiful and peaceful with accomodations above and beyond for a tiny home atmosphere. We were welcomed and provided a detailed binder with instrucfions and suggestions for in town activities. We are excited to stay again!

Host was great, showed us how everything worked, and where things were stored. Very cozy room, comfy beds, and rustic appeal. Shower was outside, but easy to use and I didn't get cold using it. I will be back, it's a great spot close to WVU and Cheat Lake.

Booking the house was easy. The process for acceptance took a mater of 2 hours. We stayed at the tree house for 3 nights in August.. We had a wonderful time. Kathleen is great host. The house was stocked with everything you needed. The house was neat and welcoming. She does not only care about you being in the house but you as a person. She gives you text suggestions of attractions in the area. We were out on a rainy day and she texted to make sure we were ok. There are some fine eating establishments in the surrounding area. We plan on returning next year.

Beyond Amazing!

This cabin is just the neatest thing. Besides it being super cozy, it was so clean and everything smelled so fresh. We were a little worried abou the outhouse and outdoor shower, but we soon realized that it was actually a real treat. We where there in the fall and during the day the high was 50 degrees. So even though it was cold the shower was hot and very refreshing. There are so many wonderful touches to the cabin. Kathleen was there to great us, give us a tour, and offer a great little place to eat down the road. Apple Annie's did not disapoint!

Kathleen had everything we needed from seasoning, bug spray, smores/ fire pit supplies, soap, toothpaste brushes, even games and movies. Everything was clean and private, we had a great time relaxing by the fire and in the hammock. Great for anyone by themselves or families. 15 mins from Morgantown and lots of trails around. The road gets a little rough at one point so smaller/lower cars go slow and be careful but it didn’t dampen our stay at all. Kathleen was an amazing host, we appreciate her sharing this beautiful property.

Myself and my partner enjoy sitting on our huge porch and drinking a nice cold glass of wine.
I enjoy meeting people coming from everywhere and enjoying our treehouse and all the little special touches. I like to see people and their excitement when they see all the special touches I have in the tree house. (CHILDREN ARE FREE UNDER 16 and are very much welcome).

Walking Trails - many close trails. WVU 10 minutes away, lots of good restaurants within 10 minutes. Stay with us at the UNIQUE Magical treehouse with fairies and gnomes. See you soon.

This treehouse is totally unique with a little whimsy in Kathleen's decorating talents in her little woodsy treehouse. I have equipped it with nice little details, robes, quality linens, shampoo, body shampoo, tooth paste, special soaps, spring water, antique furnishings, and anything someone might need.
Kindly send an inquiry before requesting to book the property. The woods is quiet and tranquil and it is very peaceful, cozy, and relaxing. A nice place to get away from the world. Magical touches, fairies, gnomes, and very special touches. CHILDREN ARE FREE, Under 16. Come visit our magical, mystical treehouse.
