Place was very clean upon arrival. The space has everything you could possibly need, from laundry equipment, a spacey 2 car garage, to everything kitchen related! You really cannot find a place with similar value in such a desired, quiet location. Incredible value and would definitely book again when visiting Orlando.

Fantastic place to stay

Our host, Tavaris, was wonderful and on top of everything. The home was FANTASTIC for a stay to visit ANY of the theme parks as it is centrally located. Tavaris checked in several times to make sure everything was going well, which was much appreciated and an exe ellent benefit to have!

Property and house was clean and it was very affordable. Comfortable beds. There were some frustrations…Never was able to access main TV for movie watching with family. The air conditioner was set to turn itself up so in the middle of the night it would get hot and we would come in from being out and it would almost be 80 in the house. There were no instructions for inside the house, we had to hunt and figure out things. Had no idea what remotes went to what. Didn’t know where to find extra bedding or how to operate the air conditioner thermostat. An instruction book would have prevented some frustrations.App WiFi wasn’t correct. Cute little home though and took care of our basic needs.

Great stay , and great location

The house was very clean, and spacious for our family of four( me and husband, two high teen agers ) .The location is also very good ; All major shops and many restaurants are very close within 1-3 miles. The house host was very helpful and prompt to my questions. I truly recommend this house to anyone to visit Orlando.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The issues thought were less than steller. There is a serious ant problem in the kitchen. Speaking of kitchen it was not well equipped. No whisk,no can opener, not cutting bored ect. The curtains were broken so there is a perpetual glare on the tv. I will note the host were nice letting us check out a few hours late. Would give 3.5 if I could.

Dirty. Good location.

Was not cleaned from previous guest when we arrived. Dirty sheets, blood drops on bathroom floor, rotten food in fridge. No towels for our family of 5, no coffee pot available and - every other VRBO we have been alloted 1 laundry pod - instead, machines were unplugged. The shower also drips non stop and beware of ants in the sink. Tolerated it. Very disappointed.

Respuesta de VrboOwner el 2 de abr de 2024
Sorry you had a bad experience with this VRBO. Like I mentioned before we were not aware you were coming down to stay because you did not confirm. My personal family and kids stayed before you arrived. I would’ve had my cleaners come and clean if I knew you were coming for sure. Again, I apologize for this happening to you but I promise you every other guest had a great stay and my house was spotless. Had i known you were booking for sure the house would’ve been spotless as it’s always is. Washer and dryer is available to all guest and laundry detergents for them as well. Shower was fixed the next day when you left. I tell all the guest to unplugTVs and washer and dryer since u pay for the electric bill.
