Listing Space
Soft desert light filters through wide windows as red rocks glow and fade with the day. You step into a garden where the scent of sun-warmed stone and desert blooms hangs in the air. Evenings bring quiet skies filled with stars, a crackling fire pit, and the gentle shimmer of water from the pool and hot tub.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms invite peaceful rest after a day of exploring Sedona’s trails. The first includes a king bed and a full-size sofa bed, while the second offers another king bed. Each room provides soft linens, room-darkening shades, and ample storage with closets and dressers.

Bathrooms
The home features two bathrooms with Toto washlets, Victoria Albert sinks, and modern fixtures. Each includes a shower, while one also offers a bathtub. Bathroom essentials such as towels, hair dryers, and toiletries are provided.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is bright and fully equipped for your stay, with an electric stove, Viking oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy meals together at the dining table for six or the kitchen island with seating for four.

Living spaces
Relax in the spacious living room surrounded by views of Sedona’s landscape. Comfortable sofas and chairs invite long conversations, quiet reading, or movie nights on the 55” Smart TV.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private backyard framed by red rock views. Swim in the heated saltwater lap pool, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the fire pit beneath the stars. The yard is fully fenced and includes outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a dining area for meals in the open air.

Amenities
Enjoy fast WiFi (158 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace. The home includes a washer and dryer, EV charger (Tesla Level 2), and parking for four cars. Climate control is managed by central heating, split-type AC and heating systems, and ceiling fans. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and exterior security cameras at the front of the property (none in private areas).

Neighborhood
Located in Sedona’s Chapel Vista neighborhood, the home offers both tranquility and access to adventure. Walk to nearby trails such as Mystic, Chapel, and Broken Arrow, or take a short drive to Uptown Sedona’s restaurants and shops. Local wildlife like Gambel Quails and javelinas are part of the peaceful desert setting.

Listing Access
This home has an attached guest suite separated by a sound dampening wall that you may rent in addition to the main part of the home but have no access to it with this listing. The guest suite has a separate entrance and has no shared space to maximize privacy of all guests. The guest suite also has its separate patios and parking area.

Listing Notes
The main house corresponds to the original Design Group plan and the original home footprint. A separately rentable guest suite (Guest Suite with Up Close Chapel & Red Rock Views), also designed by the Design Group, was added later. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large bathroom. It has amazing garden and red rock views with its own covered patio and fire pit. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, garden and red rock views and a bathroom right across the hall. The family room has a very comfortable queen-sized sofa bed. Every room has views of red rocks and gardens. Both bathrooms are completely new with high-end materials. The master bathroom also has beautiful views. The windows of both bedrooms and the family room area have shades to give you full privacy when you need it. Both bedrooms have light blocking drapes.

**Please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-in if you would like the pool heated. It takes time to heat up and we want to ensure it is ready when you get there**

Pool Rules:
1. No running by pool
2. No walking on the pool cover. It will rip. Guests are liable for all damage done to the pool cover
3. Swim at your own risk. We are not responsible for injury, drownings, or death.
4. Please keep an eye on all children around the pool.
5. No diving
6. Quiet hours 9am-9pm (please be extra courteous is swimming at night and keep noise levels down)

Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

All cameras are located in the front of the property. One is by the front porch and the other covers the RV parking area/pool. The doorbell also has a camera. There are NO cameras in the private hot tub area or anywhere in the backyard.
