Right ON the BEACH!!! 2 bedroom condo! The Seaside Princesse

Great beach condo! Located steps from the ocean. We have a beautiful walking beach right outside our door. A beautiful bathing beach is located about a 1/4 mile away and about a 2 minute drive away.

The main bedroom has a window and door right on the ocean! So you have a direct walk-out to the beach! The second, beautiful garden bedroom has 2 double beds. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

July to September is a great time for a summer vacation in the Caribbean. However, it can also be a time of seaweed bloom. Seaweed bloom times and significance are determined by Mother Nature. Unfortunately, we do not have control. So. due to this possibility, we offer our condo at a discounted rate during seaweed season. We do not offer a refund due to seaweed.

Beautiful condo and was stocked with everything we needed. My back didn’t hurt all week so that’s a huge plus for me. Dee was exceptionally helpful and kind. I would absolutely stay here again.

Condo was very clean with privacy for two couples including separate bathrooms. All the amenities you need to stay in or go to the beach. Although it does not have a swimable beach, the views were incredible. 10-15 minutes away from all the hot spots. Would recommend for families with children as well.

Wonderful

Every single detail big & small were throughly met. All amenities listed plus extras were supplied. Bed’s & pillows extremely comfortable. View breathtaking, especially sunrise. Dee was over the top helpful and available both before and during the trip. You can’t go wrong with this lodging.

Winter Getaway

Our family took a short 5 day trip to enjoy some warm weather. The condo was exactly as described. There is an amazing view of the ocean and beach right out the back door. On the Beach

The condo was great - beautiful views, clean and had everything you needed. Having the patio plus a covered porch was perfect. We appreciated that the condo was well stocked with everything - full kitchen with anything needed plus beach bags, towels and snorkel gear. Definitely appreciated that toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc) all the little things you need for a week but don't want to go to the store for or bring with you was already there. The location was perfect for us, just outside of town, short trip to the Boardwalk makes it very quiet and secluded. Must try the Painkiller at Mutiny Island Vodka - best ever! Brew STX- was a surprise for us - food was amazing, we went there twice, The Mill pizza - also a must. I would recommend renting a car. Dee was responsive to any issues we had. Despite the rocky beach we walked it everyday. Again - can't say enough about the views and comfortableness of this condo.

Right on The Beach

The pictures of property on line can trusted 200% !!!! Ms. Dee checked on us the minute we walked in door. The aroma was delightful and very inviting. The Seaside Princess is so charming. Believe me, Ms Dee’s description of the property is on “POINT” ! You are able to see attention to “DETAIL” through out the property. The silverwares, glasses and dishes are all organized and they match. The rooms are spacious with nice size televisions in all the rooms. Best sleep, I have had in a long time. Hearing the ocean right outside your window, made sleeping so much more delightful. Seeing the sun rise and set each day, made the stay even more glorious!!!! The location is perfect for families or couples. This property will not disappoint at all. Location! Location! Location! I will booked this property again and I even shared the information with friend and co-workers. Thank you Dee for a lovely vacation.

Dee's place is just as it looks in the photos and maybe even better. I believe the place has never received anything less than top-star reviews, and now I know why, Of all the non hotels I have stayed in, Dee’s is by far the best. Nothing else even comes close. The views are incredible from the master and living area. The place was spotless and well stocked with everything - dishes, towels, pillows, amenities, appliances. And 10 steps to the beach! Made us not want to leave. The location is out of the way of the towns, which makes it very quiet and secluded. Just perfect. Dee was responsive to all my questions and her guidance before we arrived made finding the place and check in simple. Her recommendations for groceries, restaurants ect. were helpful and spot on. Things really die down early on the island and there was nothing going on in Christiansted or Fredricksted after dark. There was a street festival on Black Friday in Christiansted from 7pm -10pm. But, other than that things are really slow in the evening and there is zero nightlife. So, I am really ecstatic we chose Dee’s place. It is just a short drive to Christiansted and close to everything needed for an incredible experience. If you are on the fence about this place, just book it. Promise you won’t regret it.

Wonderful stay

Everything about our stay was wonderful ! The condo was well maintained , clean and updated . Having the ocean as the backyard was exactly what we needed and we spent our days at the pool . Dee was responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again !
