From its mid-modern design to its open-style layout, this home provides comfort at every corner. High ceilings and large picture framed windows pour in the sunlit living room, where you can kick back with family and friends to watch your favorite shows on the smart TV.

The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious kitchen, outfitted with a large island that seats four, stainless steel appliances, and tons of cabinet storage. An adjacent glass dining table seats six for meals or board games with your group.

Surrounded by beautiful views of the San Jacinto Mountains, the fenced yard serves as an outdoor oasis for your whole group - dogs included. This wonderful outdoor space also includes patio awnings and a misting system to help cool things down on those extra hot days.

Spend mornings lounging beside your private pool, then fire up the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue before heading out to explore downtown.

The massive primary bedroom features a King size bed, smart television, a large cozy lounge chair, direct access to the pool, an en-suite spa like bathroom, and a massive closet for all your Palm Springs attire.

The first guest bedroom showcases a Queen size bed, television, and an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs guest bedroom features a King size bed, television, ample closet space, and a balcony. The bathroom for this bedroom is located right outside of the bedroom door.

The upstairs loft is comfortable and inviting, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or catching up on your favorite book. There is a wonderful convertible hideaway wall-bed that folds out to a full size queen bed. This home can sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. The queen/full size wall-bed can be setup for guests use and is the perfect sleeping accommodation for small kids under 12. As a note, the city does allow 2 additional guests that are 12 and under.

As part of the Miralon community, you'll enjoy access to miles of walking and biking trails as well as scenic dog parks. Other community amenities include a large lap pool, a resort-style area with a family pool and jacuzzi, bocce ball courts, and a state-of-the-art gym.

*Please note: This is a new development in Palm Springs, and there is ongoing construction in the community. Please book with the expectation of some noise and traffic in other parts of the community.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am, and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August and September)
