A Little Piece of Heaven-Waterfront-Views-Firepit-Family Friendly
A Little Piece of Heaven is a newly built home consisting of 3 bedrooms (4 beds), 2-bathroom paradise that can sleep 8-10 (possible sleeping option to accommodate 10). Located on a deep-water canal leading directly to Bayou Lacroix and the Jourdan River and offering convenient access to nearby boat ramps with docking for boat tie up. The canal can easily accommodate a 28’ boat. Everyone will enjoy fishing, crabbing and swimming in the canal or a short boat ride out to the Jourdan River for skiing, inner-tubing, or a sunset cruise into the Bay of St. Louis for dinner at one of the waterfront restaurants. This property is the perfect getaway for a relaxing evening around the fire pit, fun on the water, shopping in Bay St. Louis or trying your luck at one of the local casinos.
Hosting brand new modern amenities, this home is all about convenience, comfort, and the care-free joys of spending quality time with family and friends. Don’t forget to unplug and soak it all in.
~The Space ~
As soon as you step foot on the property, you are welcomed with a large entertainment area under the house with a gas fire pit, a large porch swing with plush cushions and plenty of seating.
Once upstairs, you are welcomed by a spacious, bright and sunny porch that overlooks the water and is the perfect spot for morning coffee, watching the sunrise, or simply putting your feet up and enjoying the sweet cool breeze. Two large gas grills, a Blackstone and Pit Boss are provided for the grill master to cook up the day’s catch or burgers for all.
Stepping into the home, you will find an open kitchen/dining/living room concept that is meticulously decorated with every mindfulness to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, toaster, granite countertops, bar seating, and a large dining table. A highchair for the little one is provided on the property. No need to pack yours.
After dinner, sink into the plush sectional in the living area to watch a movie on the large screen wall mounted TV or break out the board games on the large coffee table.
Our beautifully designed bedrooms have large closets, blackout blinds, and plenty of storage. Choose between our master bedroom with a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom consists of two custom-built queen-sized bunk beds (large enough for two adults or three kids), all beds are outfitted with luxurious mattresses. We also have a pack-in-play available for your use on site to accommodate your little one. All three bedrooms have large wall mounted televisions with remotes.
Our two bathrooms are equipped with complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryers. The master bedroom bath has a large shower, double vanities with plenty of storage and the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Parking for 4-6 vehicles depending on the size.
~Check-In and Check-Out Times~
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m.
~Access~
You will be assigned a unique lockbox code that will be sent to you before arrival.
~Other Important Information~
There is tie-up availability to keep your boat in the canal during your stay; however, the property owner is not liable for damage or otherwise. Boats can be launched at the Harold Hamrick Bayou Lacroix Boat Launch, 11160 MS 603, Cedar Point Boat Launch, 4098 N Beach Blvd, BSL Municipal Harbor, 100 Jody Compretta Drive, or Washington Street Pier.
Smoking is NOT allowed at any time inside the property.
Pets are NOT allowed on the property.
To rent this property you and your guests need to be able to navigate stairs, there is no elevator. Please always supervise children on the stairs and in the yard at all times as this home sits on the water and is not fenced.
With your safety and security in mind, there are 3 exterior security cameras. A street view, water view, and stair view. Any tampering will result in immediate eviction and a $250.00 fine.
This is a coastal property located on the water, sometimes weather conditions may arise that cause tidal flooding of the streets. Guests are responsible to monitor weather reports and relocate any vehicles that may be impacted. Owners are not responsible for damage due to refusal to respond to any evacuation orders.
