ADMIRAL QUARTERS 1003 es uno de los condominios de lujo más deseados de Orange Beaches, ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México y cerca de restaurantes, tiendas de recuerdos y tiendas de comestibles.

Esta UNIDAD del décimo piso es exclusiva, no fumadora y una de las mejores en complejos. Está decorado profesionalmente, es muy grande, de 1521 pies cuadrados, y una vez se exhibió en la 'Revista Condo' hace varios años. La unidad había sido nuestra segunda casa 6 meses al año y por lo tanto está bien equipada y amueblada con todas las necesidades. Residimos en el complejo, por lo que la unidad está bien mantenida y estamos disponibles de inmediato si surge algún problema.

La unidad da a la piscina y ofrece hermosas vistas de la playa, el golfo y hermosas puestas de sol desde el gran balcón al aire libre con capacidad para 8 personas. Contiene cocina totalmente equipada con encimera de granito, barra de bar con granito CT y máquina para hacer hielo, molduras de techo, Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y pisos de cerámica con tapetes. La sala de estar tiene un VIZIO 60in SMART TV y reproductor de DVD. Recientemente se agregaron dos nuevas sillas de combinación giratorias / reclinables de cuero. Hay una gran sala de lavandería con lavadora / secadora grande, Hay una gran piscina exterior, una piscina cubierta climatizada, sauna, sala de ejercicios y parrillas para el uso de los huéspedes. Tiene un espacio de estacionamiento cubierto y asignado.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y tiene acceso al balcón muy grande. Tiene un televisor Sony Smart LED de 45 pulgadas y un reproductor de DVD. El baño principal tiene una gran bañera de hidromasaje, ducha separada, amplio tocador doble y un amplio armario con vestidor. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen con baño privado contiguo. Tiene un LG 43en 4K Smart LED TV y reproductor de DVD. También hay un 1/2 baño fuera del pasillo para dejar caer por invitados.

¡El sofá contiene un escondite de Reina!

Además, el complejo agregó Dish Network recientemente como un proveedor de cable con acceso a todos sus canales de deportes y películas.

Hay nueve campos de golf excepcionales en la zona, excelente pesca en el Golfo y aguas estancadas, excelentes restaurantes y fantásticas tiendas en el centro comercial cercano. El juego está a una hora y 45 minutos de distancia en Biloxi, Mississippi.

Great family vacation

This Admiral’s Quarters condo was a perfect place for our family. The pool and beach access was fantastic for a summer vacation. The condo was clean, easy to access and accommodating for the week of activities (rest, relaxation, eating and playing card games).

Spacious & comfortable

Our stay was very good. Weather could have been a little better, but overall very good. Furniture in condo is very comfortable. Plenty of seating and the kitchen is stock with EVERYTHING one could need. Pool is shaded by 4pm which was a bummer because by then we wanted a break from the sand, but still wanted the sun.

Week at the Beach

The views were spectacular! The weather wasn’t cooperating that week, it was cold and rainy for 3 of the days (in early April) but we sat outside on the balcony and watched and listened to the sounds of the ocean. The balcony furniture was quite comfortable. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. They had an underground parking spot that was great especially with the rain. The only negative thing that was broken was the ice maker in the bar but there was the one in the fridge that worked just fine.We will definitely stay there again.

A much needed vacation

We've stayed in the Orange Beach area several times, but we've never stayed anywhere that felt more comfortable and like a home away from home. Of course, all the other places were beautiful, but Tim's place felt more like home. Everything we needed, besides food, was there, and dealing with Tim was like dealing with an old friend. His main concern always seemed to be that we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Condo

We loved this condo and would definitely stay here again. The layout is perfect for couples or a small family. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. Very clean and spacious. We were very impressed by the complex as well and how clean they kept it. The maintenance crew cleaned the elevators and lobby every day. The owners of the condo were super nice and helpful. Letting us know that the condo was ready and we could check in early. They also had beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys for kids to use. We’ve stayed in several condos over the years and this is definitely one of our favorites.

Family Vacation

Perfect sums it up! If you are looking for a 2b/2.5b condo for your vacation look no further. This condo is perfect and matches everything listed as online. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and there is enough space/seating on the balcony for your entire family! The online booking process was a breeze and I received a call to let me know the condo was available about 45 minutes before check in time! The condo is well stocked with everything you will need, especially the kitchen! The condo is very well maintained and clean. I have always booked with the “local “ agents in GS/OB area and now I can honestly say I have found our new vacation spot. The security guard, Jason was very nice and friendly, also the lady that cleaned the lobby area daily. ( I don’t remember her name) but you hated to walk on her floors! She kept them clean. Don’t hesitate to book this condo if you’re looking for a place for your next vacation. The host were great to work with and if you have a question don’t hesitate to reach out to them, they are very responsive.

Great Condo

We loved the 10th floor view and the spacious balcony. Right on the beach and close to restaurants, coffee and shopping. The condo was clean and well stocked, a great place to enjoy a beach vacation!

Great place on the beach!

We had a wonderful time staying in AQ1003. The condo had everything we needed for the week and then some! So nice to have lots of beach toys and gear available and there is so much storage space, you can really put all of your belongings away and feel like you are at home for the week. Communication with the owner was great and having them in the same building gave us some peace of mind that should we have any issues or questions, they would be easy to get ahold of!

This place was great very clean, property staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Wished they offered a refill water station. That would have been a great help. Our condo was exactly like it was described. Owners was available and took care of any questions we had. Will stay here in the future.

Lovely experience!

Our family has stayed at the Admirals Quarters for three years in a row, each time in different condos. This was the nicest we stayed in. It was very clean and incredibly well stocked, from the wonderfully stocked kitchen to the water toys and chairs. In the past, we've had to buy many items to make our stay pleasurable, but this time we saved money thanks to our thoughtful hosts. Our one on one conversations with the owners was always courteous, helpful and informative. We had the good fortune to meet them by accident one day and it was apparent that they were as gracious and friendly in person as they had been on the phone. I hope our family gets to repeat our visit next year and our hosts will be the first ones we contact to insure a pleasant stay. I unqualifiedly recommend this condo!!! And these hosts!!!

Great Condo at a Great Beach location

We had an excellent week of vacation. We loved the condo. Had plenty of space for everyone. Was clean and well decorated and nice furniture and mattreseses were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with just about anything that one could need. Was not one thing that we needed that was not available.

Very nice condo

My husband and I stayed at the condo for a week to visit family. Pre-check-in communication was excellent. Tim was very helpful. Everything is a pictured. the location of the building great and the view from the balcony is really nice. Beach is beautiful and very accessible. Parking is covered and luggage carts are amply available. Never had a problem getting an elevator. Lobby and facilities were clean. We didn't use the pool but we saw it being cleaned often. Only mention would be W/D could use updating. Delicate cycle really isn't. But we were glad to have that amenity in the condo. Kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in. Can't imagine anything more could be supplied. I would definitely recommend for space, location and ambiance. Thanks!

Beautiful condo‼️

We loved the condo, was so well decorated. The balcony was large and plenty of seating. We met Tim in the elevator, we knew they were a phone call away but everything was just perfect. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Getaway!

Property is very spacious and roomier than the pictures show. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and the living room furniture is quite comfortable. Beds are very firm and could use a foam topper (we prefer a softer bed). Had lots of ice with two ice makers but they both need a little work. The balcony is huge with great views! The location could not be better. Just a few steps to the pool and beach, and very close to grocery store (Publix), Wal-Mart, Walgreens and CVS, and many great restaurants (Doc’s was our favorite). This unit is on the 10th floor but was not a problem as we never waited more than a few seconds for an elevator. The outdoor pool was always murky and in need of cleaning. The indoor pool was very clean and never crowded. There are plenty of tables and chairs in the pool area and in great condition. Owners were very responsive and accommodating when contacted with a minor issue. Overall, it was a greater relaxing stay!

I’ve stayed at many condos in Admirals Quarters over the years but AQ1003 - Was over the top well done! Everything in the unit was functional, furniture inside and out on the patio was wonderful, and high-quality bedsheets! Would rent the same unit again - highly recommended!
