Beach visit

Overall the stay and condo was as advertised. However, for a VRBO property I expected a higher level of basic necessities. The bath towels were closer to a motel quality standard and the limit of one toilet paper roll per bathroom is a problem when there are four people sharing a condo for 5 days. Especially when three of the guests are women. Otherwise the condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. But I’ve stayed at several VRBO’s and I’ve never had such poor quality towels and toilet paper.

Clean condo with great views of the ocean! A great spot for our family during our summer vacation. Second bedroom was spacious which was great for our kids. Minor fixes would have made our stay even better (patio door was difficult to open and close, doors unable to lock for master bedroom, two lamps needed new lightbulbs).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was super clean and bright, had extremely comfortable beds and great water pressure. It really had everything we needed for a 4 person occupancy. The bedrooms are on either end of the condo and offer great privacy/sound resistance (awesome for multiple couples or parents with kiddos). We didn't cook in, but the kitchen seemed well stocked if we would've decided to. Appliances were all very clean. Washer/dryer worked well and were clean. TV remotes were tricky, we ended up downloading roku remotes on our phones for 2 of the 3 tvs and that worked fine. Balcony has fantastic views and functional furniture. Overall, this rental exceeded my expectations, it was much more spacious than it seemed in the pics (though the bathrooms were a bit tight), clean, and offered all the comforts with a great view. Check-in was quick and easy. Parking was never an issue, but could see it being limited in the peak season. All the pools/hot tubs were clean. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

The unit could have been cleaner especially the floors. Pistachio shells under the table from previous guests and generally unclean. Be sure to bring your own Paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap etc. There was no paper towels and only 1 trash bag. Condo complex only had 2 working elevators so at peak times we did have to wait a while. Overall good experience. Great location.

Nice condo on the beach.

It was clean and great location , beautiful view. They are doing maintenance on 2 of the 4 elevators so it took Awhile to get around.

However, the check-in staff were unfriendly., the elevators are a nightmare, and parking is too expensive for the chore of finding a spot. Our main bedroom sheets were full of sand, the pans need lids, and we had one roll of toilet paper.

Property is in a great location, close to restaurants, activities, and of course the beach. Property was clean and a plus being located on the 14th floor away from pool noise.
