This is this ideal backyard! Featuring a large pool, hot tub, patio cover with a BBQ island, an outdoor dining table and stools, a large grassy area for playing on, and magnificent mountain views that are simply absorbing.

Just a few steps further outside and you're now lounging poolside with your favorite beverage in hand under one of the many umbrellas. Day or night the pool, hot tub, built-in barbeque, and fire pit feature will create wonderful memories while you're entertaining with your family and friends.

The amply stocked kitchen is ideal for the experienced cook or the novice chef. Your friends and family can relax at the dining table and marvel at your skills as you're preparing alongside the expansive counterspace.

The living room offers comfortable and stylish seating for relaxing, entertaining, or catching a movie on the large smart TV. This home offers high-speed wireless internet and available apps for all of your personally subscribed to channels.

The Primary suite is your own grand retreat. Both light and bright yet comfortable and relaxing the suite features a King bed, work desk, coffee station, and direct access out to the hot tub and the rest of the side yard amenities. The primary bath features a beautifully tiled shower and a detached vanity that provides a separate area for getting ready when you're ready to go and explore downtown Palm Springs.

Two of the guest bedrooms offer a Queen size bed, as the third guest bedroom is highlighted with two twin size beds, all bedooms are stylishly appointed, and share the hallway bathroom that features a shower/tub combo.

The sparkling pool and spa along with the outdoor fire pit make outdoor living a breeze. Luxuriate in the pool, or lounge poolside in one of the many lounge chairs or just relax around the fire pit when the temperatures start to cool. The outdoor patio also has a comfortable dining table for six; the entire rear side of the house is an excellent place to hang out with your group.

Just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many attractions, shops, restaurants, and art galleries, you are never that far from enjoying what the city has to offer. Other Palm Springs attractions are never that far away, from area casinos to world-renowned sporting attractions like the BNP Paribas and ANA Inspiration (formerly the Dinah Shore Classic), and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. In Palm Springs, there is something for everyone.

In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
