Con una vista deslumbrante de las montañas de San Jacinto, esta hermosa y elegante casa de spa / piscina de agua salada de Palm Springs con techos altos tiene 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños. 3 habitaciones tienen baño completo en suite. Amplia cocina abierta con sala familiar adjunta; Comedor independiente y sala de estar con chimenea. Patio de entrada cerrada y un garaje para 3 autos. Den ubicado fuera del dormitorio principal que tiene acceso directo a la espectacular piscina y spa. Un sofá cama queen size puede acomodar a 2 niños menores de 12 años. Estamos a solo 10 minutos en automóvil del centro de Palm Springs. Si no tiene ganas de conducir, Uber y Lyft son los servicios que probablemente usan más los huéspedes y los locales. Los precios varían según la oferta y la demanda. Si desea que la piscina y el spa se calienten, hay un adicional de $ 49. 00 por noche. No Fumar. No hay fiestas o eventos El check-in es después de las 3PM. La salida es a las 11 a.m. Muchas gracias por considerar nuestra propiedad para su estadía :)

The bedroom set up was perfect for us . The house was so spacious and the backyard and pool was great. Having the Property Manager there for check in and out was fantastic. Will rent this property again for sure .

This property was amazing! The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean and fresh. Backyard is like an oasis with beautiful Mountain View’s and watching the planes take off from the airport was so much fun to see. It has easy access to stores as well. This property is a 10!

The Swan House may just be our new fave house in Palm Springs! We stayed over the New Year's holiday and it was the perfect setup for two families. Loved that three bedrooms had en-suites, and the fourth bedroom with the daybed/trundle bed offers great flexibility. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking essentials (not always a given), and had plenty of cabinet and counter space. We loved relaxing in the back yard, the mountain view makes for a great vibe. The pool heating and spa worked great, very easy controls - ditto for the propane fire pit table. And the owner Eduardo was a true pleasure to deal with - he was extremely pleasant and accommodating as a host. We'll def be back!

Wonderful Palm Springs escape

My friends and I had an amazing time at this house. There was plenty of space, it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The homeowners were so kind, so attentive and made sure we were well taken care of.

Excellent Cozy Home away from home!

Stayed here for Coachella weekend! It was such a cute property, perfect location, with a pool and pet friendly. Took my two small dogs, and was plenty of space for the 4 of us adults! Can easily fit another 2-4 people! It was very clean, cozy, easy check-in/check out and host was very responsive with anything we needed! 10/10 would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Absolutely the best stay I have experienced. I have only great things to say about this wonderful home. Everything is like you see in the photos, but better! I had no idea how large the space was. The photos do not truly capture the space and the tranquility of his beautiful home. My family and I have such a lovely time. We felt comfortable, safe and enjoyed relaxing at the pool. The location is great, residential, but still close enough to the market. You will love staying here. Arturo, Armando and Eduardo were so attentive and helpful. We can't wait to go back.

Bachelorette Weekend

My friends and I had a blast here for my bachelorette weekend. Location was great, 5 minutes from town and 5 minutes from the airport. The house has a wonderful layout for a group and both indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect! The hosts were very generous and readily available if we needed anything at all! Would highly recommend this house, and will stay here for any future trips to Palm Springs!

Wonderful stay, and excellent hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Palm Springs home. The house was very spacious for our party of 7 and well-equipped. The grounds were well-kept, and it's situated centrally and in a nice neighborhood. Eduardo was the consumate host, who was very responsive to our inquiries and wanted to ensure a pleasant stay. The outdoor space was great, and we loved the view of the mountains. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, and recommend to others!

Fantastic Stay

Our party of 7 (3 kids aged 5 and under) had a great stay at this house! It was very spacious, clean, and well set up for our needs. The pool and spa were fantastic, we loved spending time swimming and relaxing. I have stayed in many houses in Palm Springs and would definitely return to this one. Host was very thoughtful and communicative! Thanks for everything.

Palm Springs new year

Main drawback is that patio and pool face north -good for summer months but not good for the winter . House is spacious and well maintained .,owner was very responsive and helpful . Garden is not large .

Hi Diana, Thank you for your review. We just wanted to clarify that the garden is in deed large. The lot is 10,019 sq ft of which 2431 sq ft are of living space. Leaving 7,588 sq ft for gardens and pool. We do have a large garden. Even my 3 and a half years old son ask for permision to go out to the "Front park" : ) I know it is a matter of perception but the numbers are there. Regarding the orientation of the pool, it is good for winter months but better in the summer. We haven't had any issue neither our guests for the last 9 years. Once again, It is a matter of percepcion. Thank you Diana.

Loved loved loved it!!!!

This place was so relaxing. I would stay here again and again. The communication with the host was amazing, they got back to you right away. The house was an oasis of relaxation and peace. My kids were in the pool the whole week. We cooked everyday and my kids didn’t spend a lot of time on their tablets and cellphones. My teenagers actually played with my little ones. I will be back thanks for the amazing stay.

Spacious house for weekend with friends!

The house is comfortable and well-laid out for a weekend get-away with girl friends. It was well-appointed with linens, kitchen supplies, etc. and was immaculate; one bathroom had a minor mini-ant incursion that the host, Eduardo, immediately addressed even though it was after hours on Friday. Eduardo and his team are extremely responsive and welcoming. Before you check in, they send videos to help you navigate the basics, such as location of the garage lockbox, an extra communication that was helpful. I highly recommend this property.

34th annual adventure

5 adults stayed for 8 days. The setup was perfect for our group. Having a private bathroom with each bedroom was great! The house is nicely decorated and there is plenty of room to be together as a group and also room to have separate spaces of our own. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Palm Springs and for some short day trips. We were there in the winter but were able to sit/dine outside unless it rained. The neighborhood was good for morning walks. Typically we like to visit a new place each year but we are talking about coming back here next year!!!

Our Super Week at Swan House

If you want luxury, comfort, and owners who really care about your experience, then Swan House should be your choice. The house is beautifully decorated, large and spacious, but the real treat is the outdoor dining lanai, heated pool and jacuzzi,. There’s a fire pit too! Armando and Eduardo were gracious and attentive to every need. We would happily rent from them any time, any place, and recommend them without reservation. Our daughter’s family joined us on our trip and share this assessment.

We can say without a doubt that having Linda, Walter and their family, was one of the greatest and most rewarding experience as a host. We can say that they left the place better that when they arrived. (Walter kindly fixed an antique wood basket from Africa that prior guests had broken). The communication was just perfect, they left the place clean and tidy. Their sense of humor and their friendly and gracious manners made this experience a real treat. Not all the time we host such a wonderful and respectful people. We highly recommend them, any host would be lucky to host them. They are welcome to come back at anytime, indeed we hope to host them again. Armando and Eduardo.

Swan House Extraordinaire

Loved, loved, loved everything about this house, the hosts, and the on site manager. Our stay was fabulous! The pool was fabulous. The house was well equipped with everything. There were six adults, two teens, one preteen and a thirteen month old little boy in our party, and everyone was happy! Not an easy feat! One of us had to telecommute and the internet worked great, very fast. I wish we had booked our stay for more time. I highly recommend this house and plan on coming back much more often.A+++++++ from us. Thank you Armando, Eduardo, and Gabi🌻🌻🌻

Wonderful, spacious house!

Beautiful home! Three huge bedrooms, all with en-suite large bathrooms, plus another good-sized bedroom with a trundle bed, and a nice desk. Half bath in the hall is super convenient. We had three couples and two kids, and we had lots of room - very spacious home. Lots of room to spread out. Dining room was great for all 8 of us. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. House was clean, and well-stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Full size laundry was great. The back yard was awesome - plenty of seating, chaise lounges, large dining table, a fire pit, and of course, the pool and spa (hot tub). The location is great - easy to get to downtown Palm Springs, the airport, and to highway 10. Eduardo and Armando were quick to answer any questions, and were very good hosts. We definitely will be back!

Summer Getaway

The house is as described...fabulous! Every room is so large and fit the 6 of us so perfect. We spent a lot if tine at the house this year. It is angled so even though the temperature was high end of June, the breeze was so nice. We never got too warm and the pool was nice and cool. The kitchen is set up nice and we had most of our meals at the house. We did some BBQ. It is close to downtown by car, we took a ride there and stopped at a few shops. We plan to return when possible when the kids are out of school. The owners of the property are such wonderful, kind, caring people. They went out of their way to accomodate our needs and by conference call/text someone would be available at any time. The sweet housekeeper met us and showed us around/answered any questions. I cant think of anything that we didnt like. Thanks so much. We HIGHLY recommend this home for any length of stay.
