Furnished, fenced, master on main, parks, trails, kids friendly, pets friendly ... beautiful and updated home in Forest Heights, the premier neighborhood in Portland. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and entertainment areas. The home has beautiful views of the NW hills. backed by green space making it very private. The backyard is fully fenced if you do have pets or young children. The home is situated on cul de sac which makes it extra safe since it is hard to gt there unless you use the address and follow GPS. It is walking distance to Millpond Park, and a quaint village center (Coffee Shop, Pizzicato, American Hero Cafe, STEM Childcare Center). Easy access to many beautiful and walk-able trails filled with wild-life and small streams. Sunset view on top of Miller Road is remarkable... (so if you take a walk, try to budget your time so at the sunset time you can be at top of Miller Road).
- Garage, kitchen, living, master bedroom and the second bedroom, all on ground level. (one level living). the third and fourth bedrooms upstairs.
- Large windows throughout the house. good view front and back.
- portion of backyard slightly sloped but overall very usable, backed by green space, which is hard to find in this neighborhood.

- Natural gas grill on deck (no need for propane tanks)
