This studio is tastefully decorated and in a very good location. The lockbox is a bit difficult to negotiate as it is on the cement floor and I had to sit down to open it and get the key. Otherwise the studio has pretty much everything you might need other than Kleenex and sweet and low. Good towels, comfy bed, and nice bathroom with good brand of shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

The condo is well-equipped and furnished beautifully. The bed is very comfortable! We didn’t cook, as the restaurants in the neighborhood are so convenient! We did make a trip to a store and purchased K-cups and creamer in order to use the Kuerig which is provided. Tam was very responsive to questions whenever we asked. Instructions in the user guide were very clear. Although the location is near a lot of nightlife, we were never disturbed by noise. Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The Host was friendly and available for any questions. It was very close to the Blue Line going to Charlotte (10 minute walk)There were many restaurant options within walking distance. A coffee spot: Sunflour; within a half mile for great breakfast sandwich coffee and pastries. Great walk in the morning. There is a YMCA too within walking distanceBalcony was nice to sit outside and enjoy coffee or a glass of wine.

Location is great : variety of restaurants within walking distance. Parking area restricted for building occupants is a big advantage. Condo has space to move around, with places to sit and get comfy -- much better than a single hotel room.

This property is advertised as a one bedroom, but it's actually a large efficiency apartment. I strongly feel the representation was misleading and would not have booked this apartment had I known it was not a one bedroom. Also, Vrbo advertises all fees included, yet this owner "requires" a policy against damage which is purchased at the time the unit is rented. Again, misleading.

Great place in Noda

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in NoDa! The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and the light rail, making it super easy to get around. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. We did run into a small hiccup with check-in due to a VRBO issue, but the owner was incredibly responsive and resolved it quickly. Communication was clear and thorough, which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Location is fabulous!

This space is in the best location. Walk to everything. Comfortable and safe. Would definitely stay again. Is technically a studio, but space is ample.

My husband and I came for our second stay and had a great time! We live in Charlotte but love exploring NoDa and this apartment is perfect for a staycation! Location is great, has everything we need. Can't wait to come again

Great Stay

Great stay!! Very convenient, very safe area with lots of dining/food options nearby. Perfect for exploring Charlotte! 5 min walk to light rail, and/or the freeways. Studio condo is quiet, very clean and well taken care of- beautiful bathroom. No Oven, but microwave has convection function that worked well, kitchen is stocked okay.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We had a terrible time figuring out how to get into the bldg. There were people staying in the bldg. showed us their code. No where did it say that the key to the condo was the key to get into the bldg. My husband who is 75 had to lay on the ground to look at the back of the lock box to see if it was the right one. Other than that, it was a great stay! We will stay there again!

Great place for 1-2 people, listing title is spot-on!

I stayed here when in town for work. The neighborhood has several dining options within just a few blocks, it is close to the Blue Line to get downtown, and the host is very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Charlotte.

Was ok...

The property is listed as a 1 bed 1 bath, when my boyfriend and I got into the unit we found its actually a studio. It is very nice and cozy. Kinda noisy at night from the restaurant next door, overall a nice artsy friendly area that was safe.

Lovely stay

A friend and myself stayed here. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of NoDa, as the listing said. Great communication. Would stay here again if I ever make it out to North Carolina.

Great vibrant neighborhood in NODA

The property was beautiful, well maintained, we would definitely stay there again. The apartment had everything that was needed. The owner was very responsive. The check in was not smooth as hoped. The positioning of the lock box was difficult and needs to be revised. I had to lay flat on the sidewalk to see under the box to see the red tag. I would recommend placing the lock box in a more elevated position to see the bottom of the box. The code for the lock box was in the instructions but was revised in a message. I would recommend removing the code from the information on the check in and check out information to ease that process. Really had a great visit with our family that lives there and enjoyed our lodging very much!! Thank you so much for sharing your home!!

Great condo!

The condo had not been cleaned when I arrived. The hosts responded to my text right away and came over and cleaned it all right away! It looked great and I appreciated all the extras they did for me to make up for it. They were so kind and helpful and I would stay there again.
