This was the best rental thus far. Clean and smelled great upon arrival. Nice , quiet , neighborhood. Love the patio, front porch. Definitely a favorite when I come to Charlotte. Thanks for the hospitality.

This was an amazing stay! My husband and I were traveling from VA for a job interview I had. Bernard was an exceptional host! His communication was great and prompt, the house was very clean and well maintained, also extremely cozy. We will definitely be back to stay!

We had an awesome stay. The Airbnd was very clean, comfortable and the discription was on point. The host was very responsive and communication was excellent. It was an easy booking/ check-in through check-out making the experience stress free. The home well maintained, clean, organized and had all the necessities you needed. I highly recommend this Airbnd. The host was very nice. We came for a car show in Concord and stayed for 2 nights.

Great communication from the host. Willing to accommodate with two vehicles at the location. Offered lots of information for things to do and places to go to make it a fun weekend. Only issue was for some reason the bathroom door was now a barn door which still opened enough others could see you

Thank you as well for bringing up the bathroom door. For context, all of our doorways are 36 inches wide to support easy wheelchair access. The original bathroom door swung inward and made maneuvering uncomfortable, so we replaced it with a barn-style door to improve accessibility and overall flow. That said, we completely understand the privacy concern created by the small gap, and your feedback is both valid and appreciated. We are actively exploring alternative, wheelchair-safe solutions that maintain accessibility while also improving visual privacy. For added privacy in the meantime, the bathroom is located inside the bedroom, so closing the bedroom door before use provides an extra layer of separation. We’re very grateful for your feedback — it helps us continue refining the space for all guests — and we’d truly love the opportunity to host you again in the future. I’ve lived in the area for years and truly believe Charlotte is one of the best-kept secrets in the South. When I’m not working or spending time with my daughters, I enjoy cooking, discovering new music, and being outdoors (especially when the Carolina weather cooperates!).

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—peaceful, quiet streets with a true sense of community, yet just a short drive from the energy and culture of Uptown Charlotte. It is the kind of place where neighbors wave, trees line the road, and you can actually hear the birds in the morning.

What I enjoy most is the calm, safe vibe—it is the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. Whether guests are visiting for business, family, or a weekend getaway, this neighborhood gives you space to breathe while keeping you connected to the best restaurants, parks, and attractions Charlotte has to offer.
