The space
The apartment is at 5th. Floor, you can reach by stairs or elevator, you have at the entrance the dining room and a bar on the left side, on the right side there is the kitchen and laundry area, in the entrance corridor there is a piano, then a half bathroom, then follow the living room, gas fireplace, you go out to a terrace with BBQ. And outdoor chairs. The office that can be used as a workspace is followed on the right and is the fourth master's degree with TV room, internal bathroom with bathtub. On the second floor there is a studio or work area, a full bathroom and two rooms with a bed each.
Guest access
Guests are accessible to the apartment's internal areas, except for the service room and a closet in the fourth master's degree where they are stored personal items.
