The Space:
Snow settles softly over the neighborhood as city lights glow nearby, creating a calm retreat that feels closely connected to the rhythm of Salt Lake City. After a day of exploring downtown, you step inside a warm, comfortable home where quiet evenings, glowing screens, and shared meals make it easy to unwind. The space invites you to settle in, stretch out, and enjoy the blend of convenience and coziness that defines a true home‑away‑from‑home.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms hold king and queen memory foam beds, each dressed in soft linens, room‑darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets for restful nights. A walk‑in closet provides ample clothing storage, and the layout comfortably sleeps eight guests across the three beds. With 2.5 baths—including a full bathroom for each of the main sleeping areas and a convenient half bath—morning routines flow smoothly for groups of any size.
Living & work spaces
Smart TVs are placed throughout the home, highlighted by a 75‑inch screen that streams Netflix, plus additional 55‑inch Smart TVs for flexible viewing. Central heating keeps the interior cozy during colder months, while ceiling fans offer fresh airflow when needed. A dedicated workspace with fast wifi and an Ethernet connection lets you focus on remote tasks, and the smart lock enables seamless self check‑in. Luggage drop‑off is available for early arrivals or late departures.
