Twin Ports Getaway with hot tub & large private yard!

We have a beautiful, updated, spacious home located blocks away from Barkers Island Marina and just minutes away from Canal Park. Centrally located for all Duluth and Superior have to offer.

Home includes accommodation for up to 12 people. Outdoor hot tub, ping pong table, bar, multiple large screen TV's, dedicated office space with adjustable work desk and dual monitors, king size beds, multiple board games and new furniture.

Home:
An updated, 2,700 sqf 4-bedroom 2-bathroom home with 8 beds (3 King, 2 queen sofa sleepers, 1 full sofa sleeper, 1 double, 1 single).

Main floor consists of Kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Living Room with gas fireplace, new furniture, and Roku 75" TV. Sectional couch also has Queen Sleeper Sofa bed. There are 2 large bedrooms. Each bedroom has a King Bed, Closet, Dresser, and 50" TV. The main floor full bathroom has walk in shower and dual sink vanity.

2nd floor is a large open area master bedroom suite with its own bathroom. The bedroom has a King Bed, Closet, Dresser, 55" TV, and full size sleeper sofa. The bathroom includes a shower, dual vanities, and a jetted tub. The 4th bedroom is attached to the master bedroom by a sliding door. The 4th bedroom is a smaller room with a bunk bed and a kids play table. There is also a dedicated office/workspace with docking station and dual monitors.

The basement includes a ping pong table, air hockey table, a couch (queen size sleeper sofa) and hangout area, wet bar, washer/dryer, and 2 large screen TV's.

There is a large fenced back yard with a deck/patio area including a BBQ grill, patio furniture, and private Hot Tub.

Week in Duluth/Superior

This house worked great for our week long stay. The house was fully stocked and perfect for long stays. We were able to prepare many meals to save the cost and hassle of eating out every meal. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located .

Family get together

This property was perfect for my family, parents and relatives to have a family weekend get together to visit my daughter who goes to UMD. Very clean and newly updated house with enough room for 12 of us. Hot tub was perfect temperature and basement bar and game are was a lot of fun. Had enough parking for 4 cars/trucks. Nice quite neighborhood. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Canal park in Duluth. Overall, great place and location. Highly recommend!

MEA family trip

This house was a perfect location for our long weekend. Loved the walking distance to Barkers Island and the lake. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay, plus all the kitchen amenities for food prep. Doug was quick to respond to the couple of inquiries I sent. We’d stay here again!

Great Superior get away

Property was conveniently located in Superior with easy access to north shore and Duluth. Enjoyed the layout to relax with family. Good sized backyard to enjoy a bonfire and play games.

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in the East End. Great amount of space for our family of 10 with 3 little kids. Older teens enjoyed the ping pong, air hockey and axe throwing. Adults enjoyed the hot tub. Host was very responsive to requests. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean & quiet!

It was a perfect set up for our family getaway! We had 2 little kids & 8 adults. Location was in a quiet neighborhood & an easy quick drive to Duluth. We tried a few new places to eat in Superior too! We were able to fit 4 vehicles off the street. Nice to have the ping pong table air hockey & lego table on the rainy day. We would definitely stay here again! It met all our needs! Very kind hosts!

We are both from the area and absolutely love it! We enjoy exploring the state parks in the area, getting on Lake Superior as much as possible and traveling when we can.

What we like most about hosting is just being able to provide our home so other families/people can travel to this area and experience everything it has to offer!

Our home is in a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. One block away from a park and a few blocks from Barkers Island. What we enjoy most about this area is that it's centrally located so nothing is too far away and our neighbors are awesome! Everyone cares about each other and watches out for one another.

What we love most about our home is the space and the privacy. We have a nice family room where everyone can gather but there is enough room so everyone can have their own space. We have a large, partially fenced in back yard that provides privacy and room for outside activities. The outdoor hot tub is pretty nice too! :)
