Had an absolute blast! The loft was absolutely beautiful and we had the best time in mexico. Had the best city views, and was super close to all the exciting and fun activities/ Shops.

The location was central and convenient, and the apartment was larger than expected. The king-size bed was ok, although the couch is older and worn and I would not recommend it for sleeping. The security guard was kind, helpful, and communicative throughout our stay. When the kitchen window fell out, he was very helpful and it was repaired the next day.The apartment was not well equipped for a month-long stay. There were very few cleaning supplies, no kitchen towels, garbage bags, mop, or laundry detergent despite having a washing machine. We ended up buying many basic necessities ourselves. The shower was also difficult to regulate, although we eventually figured it out. There is essentially one light switch for the apartment, so the sleeping and living areas cannot be lit separately despite having a curtain between them.Construction took place for about a week, 9–6 daily, with no advance notice. We were told it was neighbouring units, although our understanding was that the units were under the same ownership.We also had two nights of extremely loud parties in another unit. One lasted past 3 a.m. and the second until 6 a.m. The manager did not respond to my messages about the second night.Overall, the stay was just okay. The location and security guard were positives, but the lack of amenities, construction, noise, and inconsistent management communication made it difficult to recommend for a long-term stay.

Was a pefect stay! Nice and close to everything and affordable in a more quite part of Condesa. Not too far yet not too close with a 7-eleven around the corner which was convinient. Would recommend.

We stayed for a relatevely long stay. Overall, it’s a good and comfortable, whether it’s the right fit for you depends on how picky you are.The Good: Location & Staff: Unbeatable location. The building staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and make a huge difference. Space & Decor: Is a small place. It’s tastefully decorated, has a huge bed, and great closet/storage space. Appliances: Everything is in good shape, and the place is well-equipped. We left a few items that were missing for us.The Bad: Hot Water: The boiler desperately needs replacing. It’s a coin toss: either cold water (sometimes you must turn on the sink just to trigger the shower boiler), or it’s super hot and *is not possible* to regulate. Humidity: Walls clearly absorb moisture, causing paint to peel. Staff promptly fixed the bad walls our first week, but the core issue remains. Cleanliness: We had to do a thorough deep-clean upon arrival. Layout & Light: Furniture layout is awkward and could easily be optimized. Ventilation requires open windows, which sacrifices privacy. Closing blinds means needing lights on all day. Noise: Poor noise isolation. You hear neighbours (though they are respectful) and standard loud CDMX street/construction noise.Overall Review: A good choice with an amazing location, but plumbing and moisture issues need fix.

Almost perfect…

We had a problem with the hot water from the shower. Even after the manager came to see it, and I thought it was corrected. It really wasn’t. Not only it takes a loooong time for the water to get hot, we had to implement tricks to be able to shower comfortably. We had to turn on the bathroom faucet to let it run so the pressure would tell the water heater we wanted hot water. I even had to warm up a pot of water and mix it with the cold water from the bucket to wash ourselves. Other that that all was great from decor, to location, to management.

In expedia it says two rooms (only one) it mentions a sofa bed but it is way too small even if it a sofa bed. I had issues communicating with the host and reached out for multiples days and only after support called them multiple times did they appear and send the information that according to them they had sent. During our stay I mentioned that the remotes for the tv and fire tv didn’t have any batteries and then someone from the building management just came in to the apartment without knocking or notice at 9pm ti give us the batteries. There was no shower gel and I pointed this out as well but it was not refilled. There is very little to no sound isolation as we were woken up every morning to them cleaning other apartments or other guests just moving around also at night it was hard to sleep for the same reason. There is a window but it looks out into a ugly internal square of cement as well as the windows of other people in the building so we couldn’t open the blinds in our whole stay. Once the batteries were provided the remotes themselves did not work. Overall it seemed pretty clean but I saw two cockroaches on the day I was leaving. The surrounding area is great with good options nearby for anything needed but it seemed s bit unsafe twice when coming back after 8pm as there were people drinking on the street. There is mold on the bathroom and on one of the walls in the living room attached to the bathroom (wallpaper is peeling off in the furthest corner of it).

Great accommodations with everything needed for a great stay. Located in a quiet, very safe and walkable area near restaurants, street food stands and metro station. I really appreciate that the unit has a washer and dryer which was extremely convenient for those of us that travel light. I would definitely stay here again.

On nous avait loué un 100 mètres carré sur l’annonce , on s’est retrouvé avec un studio de 40 mètres carré ! Le manager devait nous rembourser une partie ou nous changer d’appartement , on attend toujours ! Pas de climatisation avec une chaleur étouffante ! Très bruyant . 2 minutes d’eau chaude pour une douche ! Rien ne va dans ces appartements ! Une horreur totale 😝
