Amazing Reviews/Valley Views! Near Wineries

This home sleeps 8, with 2 queen beds and two, full pull-out couches. Enjoy a cup of complimentary coffee sitting around the breakfast table, listening to the birds chirp near by and enjoy the hot air balloons as they fly directly over the home. After a day of wine tasting, open another bottle and play pool on the full size pool table while looking at the lights off in the valley.

Our home has hotel-style accommodations, each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner and towels for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, two burner hot plate, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is a Keurig and tea kettle for you to use as well.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-There is 1 other property located on the land. We may have the other space rented while you are enjoying our cottage. We ask that you be respectful of the other guests on the property.
-This home does not have a washer/dryer
-This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties, and the property is monitored with cameras and decibel meters as required by city ordinances. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies.

The Wine Barn

Our stay at the wine barn was just what we were looking for - everything was very clean and the location is so convenient to the wineries. My daughter-in-law, infant grandson and I had a lovely relaxing few days away from “regular life.”

Fabulous location, convenient to everything!

Loved our stay in the wine barn! Super comfortable home with everything we needed. Convenient location close to wineries, restaurants and everything you need access to during a long visit. We were there for 2 weeks and I’d definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Great Wine Country Location

Enjoyed a friend weekend at this property for wine tasting. Were minutes away from every place we wanted to visit. Extremely quiet place. No dishwasher and only a toaster oven, but we managed without. Could use a deep cleaning, but otherwise happy with this location. Had a persistent internet issue that was promptly fixed.

Secluded Country Barn In The Wine Country

We booked the property for two nights and it was beyond our expectations. The place is a unique two story barn like structure decorated perfectly for the setting and ambiance. The home was very comfortable and a great place to get away and relax. The first day we opened the garage door and the view was spectacular. The second day it rained very hard and it was a great atmosphere to curl up with a book. If you're looking for a place in the Temecula Wine Country that is super cute at a very good value, you won't be disappointed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful "Wine Barn"

The property was clean and ready upon our arrival. It was super comfy and in a great location - within a mile of our reunion at a winery. The amenities were just what we needed and we were able to prepare meals and enjoy them together (there were 4 of us). The only negative was the size of the bathrooms - super small, especially for a 6'8" man! But overall, a great stay!

Another Southern California Stay

We usually come to Temecula twice a year for an event at California Ranch. This Barn home was ideal and couldn’t have been in a better location. Minutes from the event, pet friendly and a relaxing atmosphere were just what we needed. Clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable…a perfect place to stay after a hard day of riding horses. You can bet this will be on the top of our list when making reservations for next year.

A few hiccups

We were in Temecula for a family wedding. apart from the wifi falling off and getting replaced with a Hotspot which meant no tv upstairs, and the fact that ony two people could sot comfortably upstairs or down it was great.

Ideal Location

Very clean (seemed new) and spacious rental. Wonderful rental agency with great communication. Also a fabulous location near the wineries. Very strange use of space, though. Lots of big empty rooms with two of the tiniest bathrooms possible. Also strange that they had these huge rooms, but Queen size beds and a massive kitchen space, with no stove or dishwasher (a very functional kitchenette). Other than that, the place was great. The place had wonderful big-screen TVs and hard-working air conditioners.

Rustic Wine Country Stay

Had everything we needed -- no more, no less. Beds were comfy; bathrooms were small. Kitchen had the basic tools but lacked stock of things like coffee (for the Keurig) or refrigerate filtered water or ice. Loved the open air feel of the double garage opening in the great room but disliked not having cleaning supplies, garbage bags, or extra towels for cleaning up from the outside. Missed having Kleenex tissues and had just enough toilet paper to get us through the weekend. Disliked wondering/having to worry about that.

Good couples retreat

Beautiful barn style home on a large property which is very quiet and peaceful. Would be nice if they had more than just two individual beds. Listing said it sleeps 8 so maybe some bunk beds or 2 full beds in a room. Granted, we did see what sleeping arrangements they had in the photos before booking. We showed up with 7 people for our bachelor party. Listing said it had a grill, laundry, and a stove. We were pretty disappointed when we showed up with over 10 pounds of meat only to find that there was no grill. As for the stove, it’s a little electric 2 burner that sits on the countertop. We made it work but not exactly my idea of a stove. As for the laundry, that was non existent. Other than these couple things, the home was beautiful and in a perfect location for either wine touring or golfing

Improvements could be made

The kitchen is well stocked and the showers and towels are good. However, considering what is charged per night, some improvements should be made. The living room area rug curls on the edge near the kitchen and is a tripping hazard. Need shelving for toiletries in the upstairs bathroom and there is no electric outlet in the upstairs bathroom. A table to accommodate digital devices near electrical outlet would be appreciated. How to guide for the AC units is needed as well as how to guide for the operation of the television. Google TV is not user-friendly and we were unable to use any of the televisions. Bathrooms could use towel bars, and more clothing hooks. Bathroom vanities are so tiny that they do not accommodate a place for toiletries.

Well things started off bad. When we arrived there were other guests sitting in the property we were reserved for. Because it was dark when they arrived the other guests didn't know there was a cottage on the property they had reserved. And when they tried to enter the Barn property the door code didn't work. When they contacted property managemeny instead of them confirming at least the last name on the reservations they gave the door code to access the property we had reservations for. Had the guests not been gracious and relocate to the cottage or had we arrived late and the guests were sleep it could have been a really bad situation!!! The property management needs to do a better job to make sure that doesnt happen in the future. I should probably be giving a lower score but the location and amenities of the property was good.

Place was just ok. I would have liked more forthcoming info on the poorly marked turn off of Anza as well poor gravel road hill leading up to the house. Not enough outlets and those that were there were not in a convenient location. It looks like a DIY special put together in a hurry. You could use a finish carpenter and interior decorator to make it more professional looking.

Post Christmas Overnight

All of the cousins decided to shake off the wrapping paper and egg nog fog for a fun overnight in Temecula Wine Country. The Wine Barn was the perfect place to land.
