The house is super clean, very well stocked and tastefully decorated. Lovely neighborhood with restaurants and coffee shop just up the road, hosts were responsive and super nice.

Home in lovely Old Orchard neighborhood

The location of this home was wonderful. Restaurants, bars, library, retail & the University of Toledo are all within walking distance. The neighborhood, however, is so peaceful & just beautiful!

We had an exceptional stay at this property. Check-in was very easy and the property manager was very responsive to our needs. Even though this is an older home, it has been beautifully renovated and upgraded to include central air conditioning. We had to extend our stay by several days and David (property manager) made the process simple. The house is very comfortable was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

Toledo homecoming

The only downfall is we had to message the host at 4pm because we didn’t get our check in email. He responded soon after with our entry code. Other then that- great property, awesome back yard, very clean and spacious.

Old Orchard sits just north of the University of Toledo campus . The I‑475 Secor Road exit is about a half‑mile north of the neighborhood, providing quick access to area highways . There’s plenty of free street parking , and downtown Toledo is only a short drive away.
