Door access is via smart lock. You will be given uniquel entry PIN code shortly after the reservation is confirmed.
2. Does your unit have a free parking?
No free parking. However I can arrange for one if you need 2 or more days. Alternatively there is a paid hourly parking within the premises.
3. Are we allowed to have visitors?
You will need to submit names of your potential visitors upon booking, meaning your group + up to (5) more persons. After names have been submitted and approved by the building admin, no additional visitors are allowed by the security. This condo-wide policy.
CHECK-IN TIME 3:00 PM (onwards)
CHECK-OUT TIME 11:00AM
4. Can we use the swimming pool?
Yes, BUT from Monday to Wednesday only (excluding holidays)
Swimming pool fee that you need to pay directly to Bldg. Admin = Php200 / person
5. Can we use the gym?
No. Exclusive for residents use only.
6. Do you accept early check-in and late check-out?
We only accept early check-in and late check-out if the unit is available or there is no confirmed booking the next day.
7. Are we allowed to cook inside the unit?
Only mild cooking is permitted.

I currently live in the US but was born and raised in the Philippines. We always spend annual vacation in Manila hence we thought of getting a condo so we can enjoy more time in the city without having to concern a place to stay.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
The location is right at the crossroad leading to various places in Metro Manila and into northern Luzon. Bulacan, Pampanga, Baguio and Central Luzon are all reachable under 4 hours. The Skyway entrace, which is across the gate (although admittedly you have to make few turns in order to get on the ramp) easily brings you into the international airport or CBD in under 25 minutes. From the condo gate, Ayala Mall is stone's throw away. The LRT station is 10 mins walks and EDSA Carousel bus is 7 mins walks.

The building is a single tower development with no adjacent high rise to block the city view. The view is breathtaking.
