The property is clean and comfortable. We liked its proximity to Petit Jean State Park. The backyard is large, and the dogs enjoyed having space to run.

Perfect Thanksgiving retreat

This was the perfect place for our family to stay whilst we visited family for Thanksgiving. The pet friendly location allowed us to bring our beloved dog and provided the much needed amenities for when people-ing got to be too much, lol

Perfect weekend getaway home

It was very serene and peaceful neighborhood. The home was absolutely lovely and there were little things that just made it so special and you can tell they took time and consideration for any guests staying there. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and a nice home, this is a perfect little getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The accommodations were excellent—everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed.Communication with the host was top notch from start to finish, which made the entire trip smooth and stress-free.The location was perfect—conveniently situated between Petit Jean Mountain activities and Morrilton, and also close enough for an easy and enjoyable day trip to Little Rock. It really gave us the best of both relaxation and adventure.We traveled with a young child and really appreciated the games provided and the fenced-in yard, which gave us a safe and fun space to play. Although we didn’t bring our pet as originally planned, it was clear the home is very pet-friendly and well-equipped to make furry family members feel just as welcome.Overall, this home truly has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

It’s a really cute place. Has everything you could need, perfect for a family and friends trip. Very close to the Petit Jean state park. Clean, Comfy Beds, Lovely Kitchen, wonderful living spaces with boardgames and multiple TVs. The owners thought of everything. A wonderful stay!

house was clean, an abundance of clean bath towels, Kitchen was well stocked, ( there were even pre-prepared coffee filters with coffee for the coffeemaker) provided food and water bowls for dog, and a little container of dog treats. Lots of nice personal touches throughout the property. Loved the fenced yard for the dog. Plenty of outdoor seating and shade. Owners were very easy to work with.

overall we had a good stay, as described and comfortable we did incounter a couple of inconciences which the home owner will address without any doubt, they were excellant in communications, we will absolutely consider using again enogh beauty nearby in the hills and mountains to keep you smiling.

We had a group of 6 with pets. The backyard was perfect for the pets. Make sure to bring bug spray as the whole area had mosquitoes very bad. We had a great time and the stay was convenient to PJ mountain and to my family that lives there. The extra touches were nice. Dog treats and popcorn!!. We will be back. Thanks again Jennifer

Spacious and Comfortable

The house was very large and spacious. Perfect for a large group! There were several gathering areas - 2 couch seating areas, a large kitchen table, and a couple of outdoor seating areas. The bedrooms were large with several sleeping options. Everything was super clean and plenty of linens available. Our pup loved the huge fenced yard!! Jennifer did a great job decorating the space and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Great location near restaurants but nestled just down the road from Petit Jean State Park.

Check-in was fine. Owner's directions were spot-on. The inside of the house was very clean. Kitchen was very nice. Outside wasps had built nest under the siding front and back. There were many and some got into the house. Additionally, the property next door looked abandoned and was quite overgrown so there were a lot of mosquitoes making anything outside like the movie area impossible. Owner can't do much about it but worth noting.

Nice place to stay near Petit Jean

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The yard was great for the dogs. The house is older, but was very clean. The appliances are all very new. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and my mom and her small dogs. It is less than 20min to the park and very easy to access. My only complaint is that the bedframe for the master bed is sturdy, but the whole bed shakes if your partner moves around, so its not great if you are a light sleeper. The mattress was very comfortable though. We had a great stay and definitely would recommend to others.
