This cozy retreat features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a lovely bathroom with a bathtub, and additional living spaces with a twin bed and a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, kayaks, 1 paddle boat, fishing poles, cooking grill, with patio, fire pit, roku TV, and a washing machine during their stay. Has a queen temporpedic and twin bed with sofa bed. Fall in love with Perryville and enjoy the magic it has to offer. 30 minutes from Petit Jean and 40 minutes from Little Rock. Garage and bedroom above garage is not accessible and is vacant at all times while reserved. The garage is for storage and the bedroom above is for family stay, while repairing and cleaning. This property is a dream! The view can’t be beat, the home is clean and stocked with all the essentials, and the host is very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be returning in the future.

Very accommodating host. He was easy to communicate with. The home was well stocked, clean and very cozy. It was too windy for us to use the fire pit and we only stayed one night but plan on coming back. It was fun to get out on the kayaks, our son had the best time. I couldn't have been more happy with our last minute trip.

The lake house is awesome!! Clean, well stocked and THE VIEW!! Well equipped outdoor as well! Kayaks, life jackets, fishing equipment Very peaceful and well located! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

From someone born and bred in Arkansas, here's my review. You couldn't ask for more out of the owner. A stand up fellow who had it stocked last minute for me and my girlfriend for Father's day: new rods, tackle, fresh worms, kayaks, paddle boat, fire wood, to name a few!Clean, pest free, beautiful scenery, plenty of space indoor and out, great fishing dock, boat house, launch ramp; you name it , you got it. Perfectly sized TV, high speed internet, in-house washer/dryer, great water pressure all around, central HVAC with ceiling fans and a built in window unit to boot!I will definitely be a repeat customer. I am looking forward to Autumn out there!

Great location but not accurate listing

We loved Perryville, having a dock, and access to the lake! Unfortunately, I feel like this listing was inaccurate, which affected our stay. First of all, it is NOT a 1 bedroom. It is a studio house. There are no walls separating the "bedroom" from the living room and halls. So if you were planning on staying awake after your kids go to sleep, not gonna happen here. I had to message the host to receive instructions for how to enter the house, which was a minor inconvenience, but he responded quickly. In addition, this property is a 2 level house but you only have access to about half of it. I dont know if there was another tenant but it felt weird to see this other half of the house that isn't a duplex. There was also a door that could enter the bathroom from the garage. So theoretically, I could be showering or using the toilet and someone could enter. Made me feel uneasy upon checking in. It also wasn't mentioned ANYWHERE in the listing that the other half of the house is not accessible. A simple sentence such as, "the other half of the house is used for storage/has a tenant, etc" would have been very helpful and put my mind at ease. So this is a STUDIO house that is a partial unit/unzoned duplex. We only stayed for one night but this would have been an issue if we had stayed for longer. AC was cold and yard/outside areas looked great! Also, there should probably be a trash can in the bathroom for ladies. Lots of supplies, like toothpaste, plates, etc, which was great.
