We loved the villa. It was the perfect layout and location for our return to St Maarten. The views were amazing and the villa was well stocked for all our needs. Valerie was a great host and available for questions as we needed her. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and the view is just as pictured. Valerie, the host was friendly and easy to work with. I'd love to come back for a longer stay at the Cul De Sac.

Beautiful villa and views!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Be. The villa is exactly as it's pictured in the VRBO listing. Stephanie was very responsive to all of our questions and texts. We've stayed at other homes on the island and were very pleased with the full stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, and beautifully furnishings. We only found Orient Beach on our last day which has plenty of great restaurants and amazing beach which is only a few minute drive. The villa is close to grocery stores and other shops that are very convenient. Highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a peaceful stay

Exceeded Expectations!

The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. We are a family of 5 and fit in very comfortably with an extra free standing bedroom with bathroom. Valerie was the perfect host and very gracious. She helped organize our day trips around the island. She was attentive and accommodating which made the entire stay even more memorable. We miss it already and are looking forward to returning. The views from the property are amazing, even at night gazing into the moon and stars. A trip and stay we will never forget! Merci beaucoup Valerie!

Ready to go back!

The home was very comfy & cozy. The view was spectacular morning noon or night! We ate breakfast & dinner outside on the deck every night & it was perfect. I would stay here again & recommend it to my friends. The location was perfectly centered to everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The only small issue was the shower in the cabin house did not drain properly so water went out onto the floor. But again small issue that would not deter from any of the splendor

Relaxing, Relaxing, Relaxing.

Our stay at Viila Be was above all relaxing. Quiet, peacful and very comfortable. As the island is very small your distance from anywhere is not an issue if you are not in a hurry. It is open and inviting. There may be a few cultural differences in the property description. The fifth bedroom was at the time used as a therapy room, but we did not use it anyway. The five bathrooms where one on suite, one on suite shower, one seperate shower, ones seperate water closet, and an outside shower. Again this may be a cultural/language difference. It did not take away from our enjoyment of Villa Be. We are going to recommend to our friends. Location to one of St. Martin's best dive shops is perfect. The only issue we had was not with the Villa, Bring plenty of bug spray. It was perfect for sleepnig with the doors and windows open, but the little buggers found us even with bed netting down. We hope this is helpful to you.

Wonderful Experience at Villa Bali

We just spent a week in Villa Bali and had a wonderful time. The villa has a beatiful indoor-outdoor connection and sits atop a hill with gorgeous views and a constant sea breeze. There are four bedrooms, one full bath, two shower/sink baths, and one separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed in it. There are also a lot of toys/movies/beach toys for kids. The area is perfectly situated - 5 mins from Grand Case, 2 mins from the ferry to Ilet Pinel and US Market, 1 min from Sol e Luna (great restaurant), 1 min from a convenience store and a pharmacy, and in a gated community that was very quiet, safe and peaceful. The only downsides were that the walk to Orient Beach is not for the faint hearted, and there are no screens on the doors or windows, so there are some mosquitos (we dealt with this by having the doors and windows open until bedtime to let the breeze through, which minimized the mosquitos). There are also mosquito nets on each bed which was a lifesaver. Also the owner lives on the island and she was very welcoming and friendly, and also responsive immediately to all of our needs. The house is cleaned two times a week during the stay as well, which was nice. Thank you Valerie!!

Que dire de nos vacances la perfection merci à Valerie qui a nous a accueilli à merveille St Martin du côté français est l idéal charme plage éblouissante le plus beau coin proche de tous les principaux centre d intérêts de l ile îlet Pinel la baie orientale grande case et tous ses clubs de plage excursion à anguillla plage paradisiaque les plages sont toutes différentes La maison est tellement charmante avec sa vue mer à 180e il est même parfois difficile de la quitter:) elle est parfaitement agencée et il ne manque rien un vrai bonheur nous reviendrons c plus que certain un grand 10/10

Incredible!

Beautiful property. The villa was perfectly appointed and Valerie was very helpful with recommendations for the surrounding area. The pool is lovely and the outdoor areas are amazing. Great location - we visited the entire island and our favourite beaches and restaurants were all within 5-10 mins from the villa. We had such a great vacation - would definitely come back. Thank you!

Beautiful villa

What a wonderful villa, and Valerie was always available and kind. Views are absolutely stunning, but would love to see a privacy fence built on the right to block the not so beautiful neighbors yard! I absolutely would stay again!

Great Place

This is an amazing house it is just as pictured. If you need to relax and unwind this is the place. Beds were comfortable. Loved being able to bring our furry baby with us as well.

Amazing property and Host

We had an incredibly great experience and stay at this villa. The sunrises and overall view are incredible, and the villa is gorgeous. It is equipped with everything you could possibly want on your stay, and the location of the property is convenient to everything. Just can't say enough about this property. It is a one of a kind. Love this villa!

perfect location for an amazing family get away

From the moment we arrived, everything about Valerie's home was perfect. Plenty of space for the kids to play and the blend of outdoor / indoor living area was lovely. Valerie was a wonderful hostess - extremely accommodating and responsive. She was wonderfully patient with my very basic French :) The home was very private and secluded and yet located so close to beaches, restaurants and grocery shopping. With young kids we tend to cook at home in the evenings more often than going out and the kitchen was well appointed. We will absolutely be back!

perfect place for families & friends

My wife and I, my parents, and my sister loved every single thing about the villa, the views, the location! Valerie was a very kind host and the overall experience was great. Great location, you can walk to restaurants, stores, walking distance to the ferry/water taxi to Pinel Island, which is the perfect spot on the island, with beautiful beaches, beach bars & restaurants, iguanas. Highly recommended! The cat was a nice companion.

Très bonne adresse

Nous étions neuf (9) et avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle maison en bois avec une vue magnifique qui nous a manquée pendant longtemps après le retour en métropole. Adresse recommandée et si d'aventure nous devions revenir à St Martin, aucun problème c'est ici que nous reviendrions. Un petit mot pour Valérie, très bon accueil et disponible. Donc tout est parfait à cette adresse

Wonderfull place for vacations with beautfull house and view on the ocean

If you like spent the holidays in family,wiht friends.. the villa Be is the place to BE ! Ideal, with many space, very well decorated, a magnificent terrase and view on the sea. A wonderfull place to take a rest and enjoy St martin island. In addition Valerie is arranging everything to offer you the more pleasant stay with visits, boat cruise, restaurants ...recommendations .

Ambiance très chaleureuse et vue magnifique !

La villa est tout simplement superbe ! Nous y étions à 2 familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants), l'espace de vie très orienté sur l'extérieur (le climat de St Martin le permet !) est très confortable et pousse vraiment à la détente et à l'appréciation des saveurs locales ! Merci à Valérie, soucieuse de notre bien-être tout au long du séjour, nous avons apprécié la simplicité et la sincérité de son accueil. La villa est située dans ce qui est pour nous le plus beau coin de l'île. A noter toutefois qu'une voiture est indispensable. Seul regret : 8 jours, c'était trop court !!
