Hermosa casa de playa en el sur, frente al mar, con una distribución espaciosa y clásica. Ubicado en el océano en Ponte Vedra Blvd en el lote más grande de Ponte Vedra Beach. Esta casa única se encuentra en un lote privado único con vistas pintorescas de las dunas de arena y el Océano Atlántico. Ver esto desde los porches cubiertos arriba o abajo. Luego disfrute de la puesta de sol desde el porche de la pantalla de dos pisos con chimenea que da a la piscina del lado del jardín con una hermosa fuente.

Esta casa es ideal para una escapada de familia numerosa o vacaciones tranquilas en la playa.
--Hay 6 habitaciones separadas, todas con baño privado. (3 Reyes, 1 Reina, 4 Gemelos, con espacio suficiente para colchones de aire o cunas adicionales, si es necesario)
--Hay 2 salas de estar separadas. Uno arriba y otro abajo con grandes chimeneas de leña y grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio a los porches cubiertos que dan al océano.
- Hay 2 wetbars, uno en cada sala de estar, así como nuevos televisores de pantalla plana con reproductores de DVD. Pequeña nevera en el bar de arriba.
- ¡La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, fregadero y encimeras!
- Disfrute de las comidas en el comedor, que tiene hermosas dunas de arena y vistas al océano. ¡O coma afuera en el porche de la gran mesa de picnic que es ideal para comidas al aire libre y un puñado de niños todavía con sus trajes de baño mojados!

Great location - great setup for our group

Plenty of room for all with all the amenities needed, pool, outdoor seating areas, ocean view.... All with close proximity to great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and more. Look forward to a return trip soon.

Loved this beach home

The house was very large and had several great spots for our group to gather and enjoy each other's company. Beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach helped make our time so enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group consisted of 13 people ranging in age from 15 months to 79 years old. Four generations under one roof was NOT too much for this stately house to handle! This is a rare gem on a stretch of beach that boasts newer construction-builds with sterile interiors. This house has plenty of character, and we seemed to feel more relaxed and at ease as the days went on. The small-ish kitchen threw me off at first, but I rather enjoyed being in my own space, away from the grabby hands of the "littles", and we all were well-fed in the end. The pottery throughout the house is something to behold, as the pieces were all created by the home's owner, and the artwork is mostly self-created as well. The pool is one of the most beautiful spaces of this home, and the two-story screened in porch was a "safe space" for the kids to hang out and play freely. We can't wait to rent this house again!

Great family trip

We rented this for a week so 3 of our grown children, their spouses and children could spend some quality time together. This house is perfect- spacious with plenty of gathering and get away space. Close to everything.

Very home like beach atmosphere. It was like staying at family home. Like a relatives house. The decor was so beachy and the view impecable. Owner was very accomadating and easy to contact. Overall experience was amazing. We hope to go back over and over again if time and money allow.

The stay was wonderful! Sturdy house. Beautiful view!! Wish you could open some windows for the view and sound. Everything is painted shut. Water pressure was great. Enough kitchenware for anything. Loved the stay!

Great for Groups

This house was a perfect fit for our group of 12 (four couples and four teens). Everyone had their own bed and bathroom. The location on the beach was private but close to everything we needed. The house is historic with plenty of old Florida charm, plus all the creature comforts you will need for a good time. The owner was a good communicator. We loved it!

Older expansive beach house property

Wonderful location. Expansive facility with many common areas. It is an older property with "character" and perhaps some would say that it would benefit if there were to be some modern updates. All in all, a great private location on the beach. Our stay was in early January, so it was a little too cool to take full advantage of the beach and pool.

A great beach vacation house for a large group!

We loved the house, the location and all of the amenities for our three generation family vacation. If you are looking for a house to accomodate a large group, we recommend this property. The pool was great for the young children and the private beach access made it easy for everyone to go back and forth during the day. Plenty of room to enjoy large group dinners and enough separate space in and around the house for anyone looking for some private time. All the shopping amenities are close by (Publix, Target, etc....). Rhyne was an accommodating and helpful owner/host and we look forward to a future trip back to this charming southern home.

Awesome Beach Home

We loved this place! Wonderful private beach and pool. Most of our time was spent outdoors. Huge porches on both sides of house. Plenty of room to spread out. With living rooms on both levels. There were 12 of us. Eight adults and four children under 5. The owner was awesome and very helpful in making sure we had what we needed to include pack ‘n plays and high chairs. This home is classic Old Florida style with terrazzo flooring on the ground floor, wood floors upstairs and an amazing antique pool fountain. A lot of personal touches make this a home, not just a vacation rental. We really enjoyed our stay.

Three generation family vacation

This is a unique property, thanks to the natural dune formations on both the north and south sides of the house and the landscaping on the west side. The home has a feeling of seclusion and privacy - a rare find in a beach rental. We were a large group of grandparents, parents and children, so we especially appreciated how easy it was to find a favorite place during the afternoon thunderstorm. Grandparents could enjoy the upstairs porch in quiet while the children played ping pong on the west side screen porch. The house is decorated with hand painted ceramics, interesting framed photography, and original paintings that make it a classic one of a kind. It has not been updated, which was fine by us, but may not suit some. The sea kayaks were great! There was a manta ray to watch and tag after most every first low tide of the day. And dolphins, and even manatees. Our family, all three generations, enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Rhyne!

Family Thanksgiving

We had an amazing time all being under one roof for the holiday. The weather did not cooperate so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors as much as we wanted to but the house was big enough to gather indoors and enjoy each other.

Beach Nirvana or Paradise Found (Your Choice!)

This was our second year spending time at the Cannon Home. A beautiful old Florida estate that had everything we needed for our multi generational group. Plenty of high chairs, pack and plays, comfortable beds, games, tvs, beach toys, pool floats, beach chairs, kayaks, boogie boards, …. Incredible back porch overlooking the ocean with lots of relaxing rocking chairs and a huge picnic table for outdoor dining. The pool was fantastic with a fountain you won’t believe…really gorgeous. Nice shallow area for the little kids to play in too. The beach was five star fantastic! It was like we had our own private beach and we were even there over a holiday weekend! We found a lot of sharks teeth…but did leave some for the rest of you! TVs all worked and we watch the US Open and college football. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, bowls, Tupperware…everything. The owner Rhyne, is an artist who makes pieces of pottery that are absolutely beautiful. There are pieces of her work all through out this comfortable home. We loved our stay and look forward to the next time we can return to Beach Nirvana.

Great beach house

This is a wonderful old beach house with fabulous views of the ocean!!! It is very tastefully decorated. It was perfect for our family of 11. There is plenty of room to spread out and there are plenty of beds. We love being able to stay at a house that is right on the beach. There is a beautiful pool as well. We had a wonderful time at our favorite place to vacation!
