Newly Remodeled Beach Home close to shops, restaurants, boating, fishing & golf!

Formally known as "Vintage View". Recently purchased and renovated oceanfront home! Filled with all the amenities to make your stay wonderful and relaxing!

Enjoy your morning coffee watching beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic ocean, or step down from the back porch to take a walk on the soft sand or go fishing / surfing in the waves. Watch the sunset from the front porch looking over the Guana Preserve.

Kitchen is equipped with most everything you will need to enjoy cooking. Brand new knives, pots and pans and cookware/bakeware, blender, toaster, crockpot and more. Basic cooking spices have been provided but cannot be guaranteed.

5 bedrooms comfortably fit 14 guests (plus 2 infants with provided pack n plays), and there is plenty of entertainment space and outdoor seating. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, glass of wine by outdoor fire table, or bbq that sizzling steak on the grill. Let the kids enjoy time in the converted garage / game room that has AC/Heat with pool table, shuffle board, games and more! There is also an outdoor shuffle board area and cornhole. In the back shed, there are sand toys, beach chairs, outdoor games and more.

Downtown St.Augustine is only 15 minutes away and has so many fun attractions for the entire family. Several great restaurants within a 5 minute drive, and many of the hot spots of Ponte Vedra located within a 20 minute scenic drive alongside the ocean. 5 vehicles can safely fit in driveway.

A wonderful house for a family vacation! The house exceeded our expectations. Clean, lots of room, and amazing views of the ocean. We loved the patios (upstairs and downstairs), the short steps to the beach, beautiful sunrises, listening to the ocean waves, and many hours on the beach and seeing dolphins! The house had beach toys, towels, and beach chairs. Town was close by and plenty of things to see and do in St. Augustine. Sarah (hostess) was attentive to our needs, quick to answer questions, and overall the ideal hostess. We plan to stay at this location again in the near future.

This was by far a favorite of ours on Ponte Vedra. We have rented multiple locations in the past six years. Sarah is beyond thoughtful in what is included at the house during your stay which really helped for when you were in a pinch (i.e. Toiletries, laundry, pods, plenty of beach towels, beach items well in stock and in good condition, hostess gift etc) One thing I will know is three bedrooms are on the bottom floor and they share one bathroom while the two king bedrooms are upstairs and have their own bathrooms. This worked fine for our family setup, but it is good to note for other travelers.The only recommendations I would make would be to 1. ask the cleaners to do a deeper clean in the sink and under furniture. And 2. For a privacy wall to be put up around the outdoor shower. (Even collapsible walls that can be folded out would be awesome.)

Great house for a family getaway. Home is stocked with tons of things for kids of all ages to keep them entertained. The layout is ideal as the master suite/s are on the top floor while the rooms with additional beds are on the ground floor. All of the beds are comfortable and don’t feel like the cheapest mattresses in the world which is typical of a short term rental. The playroom in the garage was very nice for the kids to hang out and play tons of games.Only drawback which doesn’t have to do with the property is the speed limit on the street. We planned on family bike rides but I wouldn’t recommend taking bikes as the cars zoom by at 65 MPH. Way too fast for any youngsters on bikes.

Beautiful and spacious home with private beach access. The kitchen has everything you need. This home was perfect for our extended family of 10 to spend Christmas. We enjoyed sitting at the beach while our teens body boarded and jumped waves. The sunrise was gorgeous. We will stay again. Sarah was very responsive and the perfect host!

What an amazing stay ! Sarah was awesome at communication and patient with me getting back the information required for booking. The house exceeded expectations with tons of space for our family and friends to spread out and celebrate my daughter‘s graduation. The garage game room was perfect for the teens and young adults to play pool laid into the night while the adults loved the kitchen for cooking meals, crafting, cocktails, etc. The beds were all extremely comfortable and the arrangement made it so all of the guests had their own bed without having to crash on the couch or a blowup mattress. The beach behind the house was amazing and the kids found beautiful shells and tons of sharks teeth! We got a few small waves and we’re able to surf together, the fishing off the beach was great with Pompano, Whiting and a couple mysterious big hits on the surf cast fishing rod. The proximity to downtown and Flagler College was perfect,yet far enough out to make us feel outside the hustle and bustle of graduation weekend in St. Augustine. We would 100% love to come back again! -Harris family

Beautiful stay

My family had a small reunion here at this beautiful house and had an amazing weekend. Great location walking right out to the beach, St. Augustine and shopping was a short drive away, and the house had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our weekend, the beach, and the sunrises. It’s a great place and the owner was super helpful and easy to get a hold of if needed. Highly recommended!

This beach property was everything we hoped for and more! The home was clean, cozy, and just steps from the ocean. We were lucky enough to spot dolphins right from the shore and found sand dollars while walking along the beach… truly magical! The location is peaceful and close to St. Augustine. The host was friendly and responsive, and the entire experience was seamless. We made memories we’ll never forget!

Perfect beach retreat

We have stayed here before Sarah became the new owner. They have done an amazing job remodeling and so many nice upgrades. The house has all you need. The views are amazing and you walk out the back door right to the beach. Communication was so easy with Sarah. We will definitely book again.

BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT! We had an amazing time with family celebrating a 51st birthday. This home is immaculately clean, completely stocked for anything you want to cook or do. The kitchen is awesome and has everything you'd need. Beds are comfy, also it's well stocked with beach chairs and beach towels! We had such a relaxing and wonderful time! Loved our stay. Retreat and rest for the soul!

This place was absolutely perfect! Part of me doesn’t even want to leave a review because I’d love to keep this hidden gem all to myself, but that just wouldn’t be fair to the wonderful owners. The house is truly a dollhouse, filled with everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The beds are comfortable, everything very clean, and the hot tub was such a treat. We especially loved relaxing on the covered porch, watching the waves roll in from the shade. And the location right on the beach with such an easy walk made it all even more amazing. We will definitely be back for another stay at this lovely home.

All you ask for and more!

Had an amazing trip! All you need to bring is your clothes and food. Everything else you would ever need is there. Kids and adults loved the play room. Adults loved the porch to watch the kids in the yard and sunrise with a cup of coffee.Even got to see a Sea Turtle lay eggs and watch a nest of Sea Turtles be born and make their way to the water. Wow!

If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting St. Augustine, stop searching and book this place now! We had 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-17) and this place was great for everyone. The house was super clean, perfect location and had everything we needed for the week. We would not hesitate on staying here again! Sarah was so easy to work with and answered any questions I had! You won’t regret staying here.

We are an family of 5 who currently live in California with two boys (age 10 & 7) and a little girl (age 4). We all love being outdoors and creating new memories together with family and friends. We purchased this home as a way to bring everyone and everything we love together in once easy location. We hope that you can do the same!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose this area because we have family who live in Ponte Vedra which is located just a short 20 minute drive north. We can easily visit them when we are in town as well as tour around St. Augustine shops and restaurants. My boys LOVE to fish, so when they aren't throwing their line in off the beach, we can easily rent a boat at the local marina and have a day out on the water.
