Your whole group will enjoy easy access to so much. A big fenced in backyard yard. Pickett fence in front. Large TV with Amazon Prime. A slide bed the kids will love. High speed WiFi. Nice fish tank perfect for relaxing. Outdoor bar. Drive way parking for 3 cars. Established neighborhood in a walkable area.
Used as a family home for and updated thru the years. There is lots of space indoor and out.

Dirty & smoky

We did not enjoy this stay. The place was very dirty; the tub was moldy; the floor turned my feet black it was so dirty. We were given one towel for four people. The bedsheets smelled like they hadn't been washed. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. Nice area, quiet neighborhood, but not the place for us and our kids.

Not great

Communication with owner was great but i asked specifically about distance to the ark before booking and was told it was 10 mins away when its actually 33. There were holes in walls, a light fixture in hallway that was super low (my 6 ft hubby had to duck to not get hit), the fan in one room didnt work and had wires out, there was a smoke detector that was open and hanging from ceiling. The bed in one room was so uncomfortable that we didnt sleep well and to sit in the den with any food or drinks was inconvenient since there are no coffee tables or end tables to ser things on

Not for everyone but fine for us

The good...location is good. Plumbing, air conditioning, and TV all work well. The towels provided were very good. The fenced backyard is good if you have kids or dogs. Mike is very close by and available if needed. The bad...there is a smell of cigarettes that hopefully will get better. I could not smell it in the curtains but it's there so if that would turn you off, find a different place. The kitchen has very few items that would help you cook. If you plan to cook, bring your own things. We only stayed two nights so we ate out. We used the solo cups, paper plates, and plastic utensils provided for the few things we brought back to the house. It seems like Mike just started renting this house so it's a work in progress and I'm sure it will improve. Good price.
