The Space:
Welcome to our spacious 1,736 sq ft cabin amongst the trees on an almost quarter-acre flat lot! This three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat boasts an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, and built-in dining booth, perfect for gatherings.

Separated by a fluted glass barn door, the mudroom, laundry room, and pantry are conveniently located off the side door entrance.

The first floor is fully wheelchair accessible, featuring a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, along with a curbless shower and floating bench in the primary bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find two large bedrooms, with a full bathroom in between. The kids' bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, while the guest bedroom offers a king-sized bed, desk, and access to the front balcony.

Step outside to discover a detached garage with a bonus room, completed with a pool table and big screen TV. The backyard is your haven for lawn games and star-gazing, featuring a BBQ and hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

Rest assured, this home has been fully gutted and upgraded with all new utilities and finishes.
