FUN at the beach and park with Family & Friends!

A warm and cozy house with lots of sunshine and cool ocean breezes. A great home and location to get away from it all. Fill your day with shopping, site-seeing or wine tasting. Jump in the ocean or take a walk at sunset then come home and rinse off in the outside shower. For dinner eat out, order in, or create something wonderful in the Tully stocked kitchen. Come stay with us!

Front yard is fenced in so children and pet can roam around safely. The deck offers a great place to enjoy your breakfast, relax and read a book or BBQ.

A 5-15 minute walk gets you to Shoreline park, Leadbetter beach, SB harbor and restaurants. A 5 minute drive or less takes you to Lazy Acres, a gourmet grocery store, to State Street for fabulous shopping or to our lovely Zoo.

We do not allow events on site. Please respect our neighbors and the "Quiet Hours" from 9:00 pm - 8:00 am. Good conversations and memories can be moved inside at 9:00 pm, thank you for understanding.

Enjoyable Stay in Santa Barbara

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. All is exactly as described in the listing. The house itself is charmingly quirky and well equipped. The location is excellent - walkable to the beach and a quick drive downtown. We especially appreciated the free onsite parking which can be hard to come by in Santa Barbara. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem for us as we found the evenings to be cool and comfortable. The host is very responsive and we would not hesitate to recommend.

Love love loved!

Great location for getting to downtown and a quick walk to the beach! Property was super comfortable for our two families (4 adults and 2 kids under 4) and felt quite private. Outdoor space was lovely and private as well. Would love to return!

A winner in every way: super clean, had everything we needed, was perfect for 3 couples, wonderfully open, great for just relaxing and enjoying beautiful Santa Barbara. Our host was gracious, accommodating, and very responsive to messages and phone calls.

Wonderful home in a sweet neighborhood

We loved Sunny's house and would definitely return. It's well-furnished, had plenty of space for our foursome, was clean, and the kitchen was well-provisioned. It's a great home base for exploring Santa Barbara and beyond. Recommend!

Great house for a small family gathering

We visit Santa Barbara every few months and always rent a house. Sunny’s house was great for our group of 5, and the dinning room table was comfortable and fun for the seven people who celebrated my birthday. The house has a lot of character, great windows, comfortable furniture and quality linens, dishes and pots/pans. We cooked a fair amount. The extras in terms of driveway parking, washer/dryer and good lighting throughout made our stay very easy. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. Thank you so much!

Great Property and Hosts

The home is much more spacious than we thought from looking at it online and has a great sitting area and deck off the main bedroom. You can walk to Leadbetter Beach in 10-12 minutes and the downtown State Area and the Funk Zone are only a 5-7 minute drive. We plan to stay again when we are in Santa Barbara!

True Santa Barbara Experience

This house has history! Every detail is gorgeous and immaculate, from the Saltillo tile floors to the beautiful gardens. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the perfect weather. 5/5 recommend.

We stayed with a group of five friends. The house was beautiful, well appointed and had everything we needed. It's in a very quiet neighborhood but still close enough to walk to where ever we needed to go. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to stay in Santa Barbara

This cozy cottage was perfect for our family of 6. The house is so unexpectedly adorable with so many picture-perfect details, like all the skylights, french doors, and beautiful patios, & outdoor plants! There was plenty of room, privacy, & everything we needed! We walked down to the beach several times. The location was perfect. We found plenty of quaint coffee shops and restaurants close by with Savoy being our favorite!

Wedding Weekend

We were in Santa Barbara for my son's wedding and needed space to accommodate our family. This house was everything we hoped for and more! So charming, with plenty of room for everyone and lovely gardens. It's close to beach and walking paths and convenient to downtown. We hope to return!

Fairytale wedding weekend

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of this property. There is a lot of outdoor space, and we never felt cramped whether inside or out. The kitchen is fully equipped. We were attending our son’s wedding and would love to return to this location.

Great place to stay

This was a very comfortable house for our extended family of 3 generations with the youngest members being 4 and 6. There were multiple outdoor seating areas for eating or just hanging out in the sun. This is our second stay here and will certainly return in the future.

The owners are SB locals, 4th generation, that take an active part in the SB lifestyle. We lived at this house for 17 years and have recently moved out of this family friendly neighborhood. Our house is warm and wonderful and we wanted to share it with VRBO guests. 5 - 20 minutes walks will take you to the beach, harbor, pier and State Street! We enjoy hiking, surfing, paddling and bicycling. We love SB and all that it has to offer. Come share in the fun!

We are centrally located in SB in an area called the Mesa. The Mesa offers a fun and low key vibe which is quintessential SB. So much fun to be had in a quick walk or a 10 or 15 minute car ride.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Almost everyday we take in the beauty of SB beaches. From walking the dog, surfing or stand up paddling we take part in all of it. We live so close to the beaches and parks that being active in the beautiful outdoors is part of our daily habit. Don't want to spend all day at the beach...then stroll down to the Pier to see Ty Warner's Sea Center, go fishing or grab a bite to eat. Take the electric shuttle to the SB Zoo or East beach to play a game of Volley Ball. So many options to choose from!
