After a fun day on the water, relax by the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Relax with the whole family at this waterfront home. This year-round rental offers swimming, boating, fishing in the summer, beautiful foliage in the fall, ice fishing/snowmobiling in the winter and peaceful retreat in the spring.
This beautiful waterfront home offers 2,2400 SF of spacious living. The open floor plan is designed to allow most rooms waterfront views. Equipped to sleep 6, this home offers three bedrooms, (1) king, (1) queen (2) twin. Well stocked kitchen with modern appliances, pots/pans and other cooking/baking supplies. Wi-Fi throughout the home.
Bring your kayak, paddle boat etc.- full use of the private dock.
Easy access with keypad code. Property allows for parking in driveway . Private dock is available for your use.
Just minutes from the Village of Cape Vincent and the public boat launch. A short drive to Clayton and Alexandra Bay. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
