This beach house is located in a peaceful section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Just a short 0.4 mile, walk or drive, to the beach, the house allows you to have a nice stroll over to our gorgeous ocean. At the property, you will enjoy the spacious backyard for peaceful relaxation or family gatherings! On top of that, you will notice stunning upgrades throughout the home - making this the ideal spot for a luxurious family beach vacation.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Private driveway/under house parking. No street parking allowed.



Entry: Use of stairs is required for this property. Self check-in with keypad.



Living Area: Spacious couch & additional seating! Perfect for the whole family.



Kitchen: Fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Keurig coffee machine.



Bedroom 1 - 1 king bed with an attached full bathroom



Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed with an attached full bathroom (shared)



Bedroom 3 - 1 double bed with an attached full bathroom (shared)



Bedroom 4 - 2 single beds

Washer & Dryer - Private machines!



Televisions: All TVs have cable and/or streaming!



Beach: Short walk to a beach access. Outdoor shower to rinse off sand is located on the side of the home. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire house for themselves.

The house is located in a beautiful section of North Myrtle Beach, SC - which makes for a perfect, peaceful vacation.

🏌️ Myrtlewood Golf Club is about 12 miles

🏢 Barefoot Landing is about 3 miles



Getting Around:

Guests will have private parking and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: nearby grounds, sidewalks, etc.



Bi-weekly lawn care occurs on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month during business hours.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



2 pets max per stay, pet fee: $150 per stay



IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



House Rule: By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older.

Max guest count is 8.
