Located at 3,000ft Gatlinburg Summit has unrivaled Smoky Mountain views. Our unique unit unlike other units at this property is newly built in 2016(other buildings were built in 1984). Our Studio Loft unit includes a private balcony and skylight in the loft area of incredible views of Mt. Leconte. It includes a real wood burning fireplace, new furnishings, granite countertops, new appliances, FAST Private Wi-Fi, Cable w/HBO, & Free Netflix. Outdoor & indoor pool & two hot tubs in the Clubhouse
The space
**Poolhouse temporarily closed, indoor pool and hot tub will NOT be available for unknown period of time. Outdoor pool will be available seasonally.

Our unit is truly unique. Just built in 2016, and it has never been on the rental market till now. Enjoy the unrivaled view along with all the modern amenities and furnishings. From the custom stone fireplace, the exposed wooden beams, to the granite countertops, this unit will make you feel at home in the mountains.

Kitchen:
New granite countertops, appliances, cabinets. Full-size refrigerator/freezer, K-Cup Coffee Maker and regular coffee maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, pots, pans, and all basic cookware. NEW-Added a 4qt CrockPot and Brita water filter pitcher.

Living Room:
Recent new vinyl plank flooring, tall vaulted ceilings with real wood burning stone fireplace. Comfy couch and leather recliner. 55" Samsung HD SmartTV, Private High-Speed WiFi. Private Balcony off living room with stunning views of Mt. Leconte. Two comfortable rocking chairs with a table to enjoy the views while drinking a glass of wine or your favorite drink.

Bathroom:
Full Bathtub/Shower with glass doors. Granite countertop vanity. Towels, hand towels, wash cloths, make up cloths as well as a basic starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and soap supplied.

Beds:
Queen size alcove bed is tucked away off living room space. Upstairs is a stand alone Queen size bed in the loft area. The loft bed looks out the upstairs sky light that is aimed at Mt. Leconte. You can lay in bed and enjoy the mountain view or starry nights. Fresh and comfy linens, blankets, and pillows all included.

Location:
Gatlinburg Summit is located in a wonderful area that is a very quiet and peaceful setting. While it is atop the mountain in order to have the magnificent views, it is still close to all the action. You are just around the corner from Ober Gatlinburg. You can skip all the Gatlinburg traffic by taking the bypass and arrive quickly and stress free. Downtown Gatlinburg is quickly accessible by 4 different locations to give you plenty of options including Ski Mountain Rd(Light #10), Sugarlands Welcome Center in the National Park(via bypass), Light #3 at Ripley's Aquarium(via Campbell Lead Rd) and the entrance of Gatlinburg(via the bypass). All of these options are just a short 10-15 minute trip. In addition, Pigeon Forge is right down the road via the bypass in about 15-20 minutes. Don't feel like driving much? Take a very short drive to Ober Gatlinburg(less than 2 miles) and ride the scenic Aerial Tram into downtown Gatlinburg. The trams run every 20 minutes so you can return whenever you please.

Guests have full access to all facilities at Gatlinburg Summit including: Outdoor Pool, Indoor Pool, 2 indoor hot tubs, clubhouse, small arcade, laundry room, picnic/grill area, basketball goal.(Indoor pool & hot tubs currently closed)

While I don't have "Instant-Booking" turned on, I always respond very quickly.

If you see in gaps in my calendar for 1 or 2 night stays that don't meet the 3 night minimum feel free to send me an inquiry. I generally will allow these as they form in the calendar.

If this space is booked or doesn't accommodate you and your guests properly please consider my other units at the same location.

Wild bears do wander onto the property often. Please do NOT feed the bears or attempt to interact with them for your own safety.
