Gatlinburg Mountain Studio w/ Inspiring Views

Located at 3,000ft Gatlinburg Summit has unrivaled Smoky Mountain views. Our newly remodeled mountain Studio includes a private balcony with mountain and valley views, a real wood burning fireplace, new furnishings, newly remodeled kitchen w/ granite countertops, expanded Cable w/HBO, private High-Speed WiFi, & Free Netflix. New memory foam Queen Bed, and new couch with memory foam queen sleeper. On site outdoor & indoor pool, two hot tubs, clubhouse, playground, and picnic/grill area.
The space
**Poolhouse temporarily closed, indoor pool and hot tub will NOT be available for unknown period of time. Outdoor pool is open and will be available seasonally.

Kitchen:
Newly remodeled with new granite countertop and appliances. Full-size refrigerator/freezer, K-Cup Coffee Maker and regular coffee maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, pots, pans, and all basic cookware.

Living Room:
Real wood burning fireplace. Couch with fold out queen sleeper with memory foam mattress. 50" Smart TV. Two comfortable chairs with a table to enjoy the views while drinking a glass of wine or your favorite drink.

Bathroom:
Full Bathtub/Shower. New vanity with matching mirror. Towels, hand towels, wash cloths, as well as a basic starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and soap supplied.

Beds:
The Queen size Alcove Bed is tucked away off the living room and has amazing Mountain views from the bed. This bed has a queen mattress with drawers underneath for storage. Our new queen sleeper couch has a fold out bed with a memory foam mattress.

Location:
Gatlinburg Summit is located in a wonderful area that is a very quiet and peaceful setting. While it is atop the mountain in order to have the magnificent views, it is still close to all the action. You are just around the corner from Ober Gatlinburg. You can skip all the Gatlinburg traffic by taking the bypass and arrive quickly and stress free. Downtown Gatlinburg is quickly accessible by 4 different locations to give you plenty of options including Ski Mountain Rd(Light #10), Sugarlands Welcome Center in the National Park(via bypass), Light #3 at Ripley's Aquarium(via Campbell Lead Rd) and the entrance of Gatlinburg(via the bypass). All of these options are just a short 10-15 minute trip. In addition, Pigeon Forge is right down the road via the bypass in about 15-20 minutes. Don't feel like driving much? Take a very short drive to Ober Gatlinburg(less than 2 miles) and ride the scenic Aerial Tram into downtown Gatlinburg. The trams run every 20 minutes so you can return whenever you please.

Guests have full access to all facilities at Gatlinburg Summit including: Outdoor Pool, Indoor Pool, 2 indoor hot tubs, clubhouse, coin operated laundry room, picnic/grill area, basketball goal.(Indoor pool & hot tubs currently closed)
Other things to note
While I don't have "Instant-Booking" turned on, I always respond very quickly.

If you see in gaps in my calendar for 1 or 2 night stays that don't meet the 3 night minimum feel free to send me an inquiry. I generally will allow these as they form in the calendar.
