Excelente condominio a pie del centro de Gatlinburg y centro de convenciones

Venga a disfrutar de la hermosa Gatlinburg en este condominio de 2 habitaciones hermosamente decorado. El principal tiene una chimenea y balcón privado. También tiene un gran cuarto de baño con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha separada y lavamanos doble. El segundo dormitorio tiene un baño y puertas que dan a la terraza principal. El salón es un concepto abierto con cocina, comedor y sala de estar. La sala tiene un sofá cama. La ubicación es fantástica, cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero aún así tranquilo para pasar una agradable tarde relajante en la terraza. Un hermoso espacio verde al otro lado de la calle mantiene el balcón privado y tranquilo.

Outstanding property and outstanding location. We stayed for 5 nights in October 2025. Our host was very responsive, quickly and patiently answering all our questions and making sure everything was satisfactory. This residence is within easy walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg which is a plus because parking there can be challenging and expensive! Very well equipped residence, tastefully furnished, with all the amenities we needed and more. We even got to watch two bears walking through the neighborhood from our balcony. We highly recommend this property and host. Thank you for a great stay.

The unit was fine but the elevator was not easy to find and the area around it smelled like mold and mildew. And a cart to carry your bags and groceries would be helpful. These issues are probably not within the unit owner’s control.

Very comfortable and well located. Slept very well and the two recliners in the living room were perfect for putting our feet up after hiking. The host provided excellent directions and was a good communicator. Would recommend this property!

Great Stay

The condo was just as described and we had a great time. It had everything we needed and loved that it was within walking distance to the parkway. I would stay here again.

Perfect Condo/Great Location

My husband and I plus our adult daughter and her spouse stayed in this delightful condo. It was perfect for us. We could easily walk to most restaurants in the main area of Gatlinburg. It was easy access to the Great Smoky Mountains NP. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The condo was clean; the host was wonderful; communication with the host was top-level; the beds were comfortable; and everything we needed was in the kitchen. I would happily stay here again the next time we are in Gatlinburg.

Safe, comfortable, very nice

This condo was beautiful and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was stocked with the essentials. It was about 6-8 blocks from downtown with only a slight hill. It was nice to sit on the balconies at night and there was adequate seating. Property had an elevator, was quiet and easy to navigate to. The property is listed as 6 person but whoever is on the pull out couch would have to walk through someone's bedroom to use a bathroom which could be uncomfortable in the middle of the night. The property also showed a small stream but it was only a small rocky area for rain runoff. We would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary/BDay Getaway

Our stay was fabulous. There was an A/C issue to which was addressed promptly. The owner of the property was very kind and helpful. The condo is beautifully decorated with higher quality furnishings. I would recommend 10/10.

This was a total win for us all. My husband and I came for much needed relaxation with my brother and sister in law. The location was close enough to the main drag for all the fun and food and yet quiet and peaceful even in the balcony just to sit for a spell. So

Great condo close to downtown and Great Smokey Mountain National Park. We walked downtown for dinner amd explored the park during the day. Great location for both. Sat on the balcony at night. Condo was clean and cozy. Would definitely book again.

Excellent stay! Location location location!

Property manager was EXCELLENT! Condo is perfect size and EXCELLENT location! Would be a great spot to stay for New Years as you could watch the fireworks from the balcony! We had a small issue with the TV not working but the property manager came over and fixed it right away! Can’t say enough about the place! We will DEFINITELY be back!

I am from Mississippi. I recently moved to Tennessee because I fell in love with the area. I recently purchased the condo so that we could stay downtown and not deal with parking or traffic. I looked at several condos and fell in love with this one due to location, layout and décor. I have a 4 year old son. We love taking advantage of all the fun thinks to do around Sevier County.

I love the layout, the large master bathroom and the fact you can walk to convention center and several different restaurants. No dealing with parking.
